Went to eat there our car was running hot so we told the girl that served us that we would be there a while she said ok then we went and sat in the car then a few hours later my Husband went in to get drinks and she said yall still here and a few minutes late she called the cops and told them she didn't know we were there which was a dam lie and were asked to move till a tow truck comes will not do business there again
Everything came together perfectly for this Saturday morning breakfast. The hashbrowns were cooked to a golden crispiness, the toast was toasted properly (I hate when the toaster setting is too low. Not a problem today) and the bacon and scrambled with cheese were on point. Good job WH!
Picked up a late to-go dinner & the place was packed with only one server & one cook. It’s a Thursday night so I’m sure they aren’t typically that busy during the week at 10:30pm but these girls were ROCKING it!! They were the epitome of team work and although, they had to be stressed due to the amount of people they were handling alone but they both still had great attitudes & smiled the entire time. They also still got everyone taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. I was very impressed by these ladies tonight! Would give 10 stars if I could . And of course!! THE FOOD WAS AMAZINGGGG!!! Thanks so much Angela and Mimi for outstanding service!!
Had an early Sunday evening dinner there were two other customers in the restaurant there were ants climbing all over the walls, service wasn't too bad I think our waitress may have been a trainee!! But she did well we had a couple questions about our bill at the end and it was handled satisfactorily!! Waffle House just ain't like it used to be!! Of course, what is?!!
New staff is great. Food was great and came to the table quickly, and the service was warm and friendly.
Went in the other night around midnight and even though the restaurant had lots of people sitting down eating and a fair number of open seats/tables left, was told they were only doing to-go orders.Very weird because they’re listed as 24 hours and I’ve never heard of any Waffle House doing that before. Left without ordering because Waffle House isn’t the best traveling.
Up north, they have Diners which are hit or miss. Down south, we have Waffle House which from that first deep breath upon entering are 100% hit. I suddenly want an all star breakfast...
We came in for a late lunch our server was beyond rude and my son found a hair in his eggs no apology was given she snatched the plate off the table as if it was his fault. The toast they brought him after they remade his plate so so burnt he couldn't eat it. We won't be back.
