I just ate at a Waffle House in 2880 Browns Bridge RdGainesville, GA 30504. This place is so dirty and nasty. The floors are sticky and dirty with foods and napkins trash everywhere. It’s very dusty it was so nasty. I can’t imagine how the bathrooms are. They are too busy cooking instead of cleaning the place. I felt disgusted. I’m sure the staff are friendly but they were short staff and when I sat at a booth and it was broken I was afraid to sit there and fall on the nasty floor underneath every table. I almost fall over the wet floor sign. All the booths were dirty with left over foods on seats. I never eat at a Waffle House again
I love this waffle house! They always seem to have the best cook and servers! Always. It's just a nice place to relax.
Say what you will about Waffle House but if nothing else their consistent. The food is always going to be good comfort food, now you have to find one with a staff you can tolerate because some of them...oh boy lol. But I love Waffle House, as a matter of fact...Let's Go now!
The food was hot, fresh and really good and there was only one person working and she done awesome job!
I was there today i place a to go order once my order was ready the waitress waited on every that was eating in my order was ready fro about 20 minutes then i decided to say i dont want it she was trying to check me out by that time my food is cold this was my first time at that waffle house and my last i will never step foot in this waffle house there customer service is not good
The waitress was very sweet. I could tell she was a people person. The food was just right!
you have way to many people scheduled for this place to be this nasty (2/19/22) your floors where disgusting. trash every where. please do a better job. more to this place than just tips. no stars..... first experience last experience
Staff efficient and friendly. Meals tasty. Waiting time fair. parking good. Prices vrry reasonable.
TUESDAY JANUARY 18...10:30am...Went to waffle house on Brownsbridge Road Gainesville, GA...Waitress carried a NASTY TRASH CAN FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER TO CLEAN OFF A TABLE AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER TRIED TO SERVE ME MY FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS ...AND WHEN I REFUSED TO EAT IT SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH ME....I WATCHED AS THE TRASH CAN DRIPPED FROM THE KICHEN AND BACK.....TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
Bacon and hash browns were super undercooked, but the waffle was so overcooked that it was as soft as the bottom of a shoe. We asked for tomatoes instead of hash browns and they gave 1/4 of a slice of a tomato. Rude service as well. Will not be going back.
