My visit was somewhere between 10 pm & 12 am on a Tuesday night. It was Spring Break & I was taking my teenage son out for a treat. The two staff members were very unpleasant, not rude but truly appeared to HATE their job as well as displayed attitudes that matched. They were more interested in their cellphones than their job. Appeared to have no customer service skills! Food was below average! Bacon over cooked, toast burnt, & never asked about refilling the drinks!
Waiter did not give us good service from the momentWe got there. Our waiter was friendly to everyone else that she was attending and with us she seem like she was not interested and I don’t want to say it’s because we’re Hispanic but that’s the way we feel towards it
I really wanted to get a hamburger, but I decided to get a double order of hash browns. I been a little while since I ate at waffle house. The prices have went up,and the selection has went down. For the money I went to Chilli's,it was better, and about as expensive, with better ambiance than waffle house. Sorry for the review, but waffle house used to be better. Maybe next time.
Misty was very sweet, and the food was great, and we got it pretty quickly. However the other server has a serious attitude problem. She should probably be moved to the grill instead of taking orders. I asked for runny eggs and she gave me a dirty look, then just stared at me until Misty clarified my order. Never got a refill and she never said anything more than taking my order, which caused some confusion at checkout when I left before I signed the receipt, which I didn't know I needed to sign. She made it incredibly clear that she didn't want to be there, and while I sympathize with not liking, or even hating your job, it's unacceptable to act the way she did, it was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I hope she finds a job she enjoys more, but in the meantime, learn how to treat your customers!
Well the waitress wasn't very nice, and I almost sat down in spilled milk that the waitress didn't bother to clean up from the last ppl that sat in that booth last, and she didn't check on us one time to see if we needed more to drink so we did without. The food was fine just lacked attentive service from waitress. And THEN to top it off, on Christmas we was staying at Motel 6 and was hungry having not had anything to eat on Christmas and my husband walked over there to get us something, saw ppl inside, yet got a hand motion from a blond headed short lady very rudely telling him they were closed. This was one important factor of us staying at Motel 6 having a 24hr place to eat since we had no place to cook. This was so very disappointing going to bed hungry on Christmas. I wouldn't give this place 1 ⭐ but had I not I wouldn't have been able to reveiw.. I have traveled alot and from Colorado to here this here is the worst waffle house I've ever experienced.
This was an absolutely WONDERFUL breakfast on Christmas. Music was playing and everyone was singing. We had an absolute blast! Not to mention the FOOD! SO SO GOOD! Wonderful service and smiles all around! Great job Waffle house
Professional, yet personal. Quick, Quality-driven friendly service!
The food here is normal Waffle House quality but Betty the older woman is mean as a snake. She ignored us, no refills, no clean tables, she won’t answer the phone the cook was making food and we listened to the phone ring and ring and ring!!!! She makes the whole experience disappointing!!! We drive across town now to go to the Thompson Bridge one!! They are so much nicer there and actually open! Instead of just sitting inside with locked doors
Even though there was only 1 waitress and 1 cook no one said hello when we came through the door. Waitress never stepped over to say it was going to be a while or anything. The couple behind us said they had been sitting there waiting on their order to be taken for over 35 minutes. They said the cook got their drinks for them. The place wasn’t packed, still empty tables but they needed to be cleaned off. I know businesses are having trouble getting help mostly the food industry, but Waffle House is known for greeting at entrance. This store wasn’t having any of that.
Food was good...older lady taking orders was rude and prejudice
