Once we were seated it took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Then 5 more to get 2 waters. Once food arrived the steak had zero taste. Our waitress had so much perfume on it made us sick. To top it off when they man cleaned the table next to us he sprayed the cleaner towards our table. Some cleaner went into food.Of course no manager to be found.

Sat for 20 mins and had to flag down a waitress, Stephanie, who was serving 3 tables surrounding us. She was rude and took a drink order from 3/4 people, literally ignored my husbands order. And never came back. 10 more minutes we had 2 waters. I went and look for a server, found a different server and said no one had been back and we were still waiting on drinks. Server, turtle, comes tells us that what we ordered for the kids to drink was out of stock, not a big deal, changed it, 5 more minutes and the kids finally had their drinks. Food was okay. Green beans were foul, after food was dropped off I didn’t see the waitress for 20+ minutes. Had to flag her down twice for a box and to pay. Never saw the manager, which is surprising when I asked multiple servers for help before we were helped. Should have left but the kids were already hungry and out of the car. Highly disappointed, I wouldn’t come back here if they paid me.
We love the food at Texas Roadhouse but the last three times we did an online order, there has been something wrong. The last time, a girl brings our food to curbside and I saw a salad in the bag. I said this is not our food, I see a salad and we did not order salad. She flips the bag around to the receipt and says, is this your name!?! I said yes! But do you see a salad on my receipt??? She then says let me check on it and goes back inside. I said when you come back, I want extra rolls and butter. I waited a long time watching her bring order after order out. Finally, she brings my order. I asked her if my extra rolls were in there and she says yes. I drive off only to find one plate of food in there was not ours and one of our meals was missing. Also, no extra rolls. I drive back over there and tell her what is missing. Again, she walks several people their food and never came back to me. I had to get her attention to ask her what was going on. She said oh, we are making that fresh! I said that is good but my other plates are going to be cold. I asked to speak to manager but the girl either did not tell her or the manager did not care. The time before our rolls were not done and we were missing sauces, etc. The time before, we ordered tater skins and they came out with just potatoes! And we got no rolls that time. Again, we love their food but we won't be back anytime soon.
Our server Austin was amazing but the food was awful. Steaks were over cooked the 1st time, under the 2nd. The Mgr took half off the check. They're obviously having issues with kitchen staff. Might try again if they're fully staffed. It was a real bummer for my husband's bday.

This review is on a to go order!!I ordered extra sauces ranch, honey mustard, and extra butter. We didn’t receive those ( not a huge deal). We had 6 rolls with 1 small cup of butter. Also asked for plastic wear. We ordered 4 meals they gave us one thing of plastic-wear. I called and was just letting someone know to double check the orders going out. Also, I ordered loaded fries with both of the burger meals. This is something we paid extra for. Well I will attach a picture of those. To paid extra for loaded fries you would think the whole order would have cheese and bacon one them not just 1 large steak fry. We looked over that as well. The last straw was our burgers was suppose to be well done. I ate one bite of the burger and it was raw on the inside. We were so disappointed at this point we just threw our meals away. I know times are tough, and sometimes staff is short, but this is unacceptable. It not like this was a Burger King cheese burger . This meal cost our family a lot of money.
My Husband and I had dinner at Texas Road house tonightThe wait time for a table was an hour. The food was very good. Price was fair. I was very surprised at the organization they had tonight. Service was above and beyond with the crowd there tonightOur waiter very friendly and available in seconds all night and very funny. We truly enjoyed our meal
OK so we love Texas Roadhouse, especially this one. And the food is always good and this time was no exception. The problem was I didn't get all my food. I ordered online and I love how the online ordering is very detailed. The food came to the car 12 minutes after we were originally told. They were busy, so I get it no problem. The bag was tightly sealed and I trusted it was all there so we took the food and went home. I didn't know I needed to verify they would put it all in.. When I got there my broccoli side was completely missing. And the mashed potatoes had the wrong gravy on it. I tried to call And no one answered the phone after 10 minutes waiting. Not sure what I wanted them to do. But I was frustrated.. I tried to review with the review they sent me and they didn't give the opportunity to tell them what happen. It was disappointing as it was my birthday dinner. And I love the broccoli!
First off we waited 17mins before anyone bring us some bread or ask us what we wanted to drink. I had to ask someone to serve us. It was me and my girlfriend. After we order our drink and food we still didn’t get our drink. I had to ask for the drink because our waiter was to busy flirting with the female staff. We had already gotten our appetizer and sides but no drink. We still left the waiter a $20 tip but just realize something that could had been $50 if the service was good. I’ve only left a $60 tip to one waitress a month ago because her service was excellent. I come here with my girlfriend once every two week sometimes once every week. This was the first time I had issue here. I’m not going to put his name down because I don’t want to get him in trouble but do a better job next time. He know who I’m talking about. Don’t complain if you do t get a good tip because next time I will Tip lower.
