This Taco Bell is consistently the BEST in town. They’re never out of what I order, always fast and they are always extremely polite. I have NEVER been to a fast food restaurant with workers as kind as this Taco Bell. Every single time I’m here I rave about the positive customer service. ???
Called the store after placing an online order ans waited 15min. The people are so rude and disrespectful at this location. I will never spend money here again.
They took everyone else order we were last car in line when got to us said oh we are closed night shift don't want to work then we had to just wait on everyone else to get order before we could even leave. This was 4 pm
Very disappointing. Placed online order to pick up at drive through. Got to the restaurant and drive through was deliberately blocked by a large cardboard box. Pulled into a pickup space and waited. Nothing. Went to the door and door was locked. You could see workers in the restaurant, but they were not interested in coming to the door or filling orders. Come to find out, workers had closed the restaurant due to “lack of staff”. Which, according to some folks who tried to patronize the establishment, this happens quite often. No sign on the door. Just a small barely readable sign in the cardboard box blocking the drive through. I watched at least $400 worth of business go somewhere else. Note that all the lights were on, the sign was lit up, and at least 2 workers were in the building. Sad. I probably won’t try this Taco Bell again - it’s not worth my effort. There are others.
Well made food and fast service
I love going to a business where people smile and it's a genuine smile not faked up. Taco Bell made my A list of restaurants to frequent. The smiles and the service are exceptional my hat off to you the manager and the staff at taco Bell Thompson Bridge Road.
I don’t know why they ever ask if you want sauce, because my last 4 door dash orders from this place haven’t bother to put it in the bag so I went in person tonight and they assured me my sauce was in the bag they tape shut and it was not they have to do it on purpose to save money
The staff is great and always kind even if the wait is long. They tray to get you out as soon as possible even though they are short staffed.
Super friendly girls at the window ,order was correct and food was fresh.
During the pandemic, they have habitually closed early and sat in the restaurant while playing on their phones. Lazy and very unprofessional.
