The food was good and the guy at the front was very nice and polite but the girl next to him couldn't understand my order and was not kind.
This location is very close to me but the food is totally different. The chicken was different and even the yum yum sauce was different. I will drive down the road to the other one! I gave 2 stars because the atmosphere is clean and new looking.
If given the option between sumo hibachi in Oakwood or Gainesville, go to the Gainesville location. Oakwood location DOES NOT have a good grasp on customer service. Rude, rude service. We won’t be coming back to this location
WOW!!!!! These wings will slap ya mama in the face with the flavor. My favorite is the honey garlic and hot barbecue!! The shrimp hibachi is a must when ordering wings. Take all my money!!! So good!!
Best hibachi and wings that have ever graced my tongue. The flavor is slap yo mama type of good and i would recommend this spot to anyone.
Service was decent and food came out fast but it wasn’t all correct and we had to ask several times for the same sauces. Lemon Pepper Hot wings came out Lemon Pepper Mild and the Mild wings came out Hot. The Chicken Teriyaki was supposed to have extra sauce and had light sauce added but not throughout. The dumplings/pot stickers were beef so I was ecstatic they weren’t pork like most places! I’d return but if I had the same problems I would never return.
We could not have been happier with our trip today. Everything tasted amazing, wonderful variety on the menu, staff was nice, restaurant was very clean. Will be back. Wish there was one of these in Rabun!
The house hibachi with Chicken shrimp and steak. I was so looking forward to was leftovers reheated. Save your time and money! Sometimes you have to pay ? for education this is one time I wish I had read the reviews first. 3.8 there’s obviously some miss Managment and poor practices going on at this branch. BEWARE ??????????????????????????
Fresh,fast, portioned well and priced affordably. And this restaurant will be visited again cause it’s all that and pleasant friendly service.
I had raw fries ? and the Philly with cheese was dripping wet ? No one wants a soggy sandwich also my wings were dry. The manager said he sorry there is nothing he can do. I would think twice about ordering here ?" Customer Service"-you should correct your wrongs. The customer is always right. I will tell everyone not to eat here anymore.... Must be the new management ?
