Today June 3rd was there for lunch. I was charged almost $13 for a 6-in veggie with avocado and a drink. I asked for an explanation and she read the receipt to me.To check the receipt at my table saw that I was charged for a 12-in sandwich went back up there and was given a dollar and some change and told she wasn't very good at math.Please don't go here I live in that same deal is $8 and some change

I ordered a 6 inch sub online around 7:35pm on May 18th and received a confirmation number and was told my sandwhich would be ready for pickup around 8:10pm. Great. Online it said the store was open until 9pm. I arrive at the store around 8:05pm. The lights are out but the door is open. I walk in and was told, "we are closed sir." I said, "okay. I am just picking up my sandwhich. I ordered online." The two employees who just kept counting cash on the counter and wiping things down as I stood there said, "it never came through." I told them I had a confirmation number and just ordered it, and they said they would void it when it came in. Okay. Fine. Disappointing, but fine. But, 2 days later I was charged for the sandwhich I never received and nothing was ever cancelled. You cannot do that Subway. I hope this is a mistake that is remedied soon and not a bigger fraud scheme, but based on some other reviews here I am concerned.

Giving 1 star because I witnessed a female employee embarrass a coworker in front of customers. It’s wrong. I understand the stress the male employee was going thru as I used to work at a Subway and it’s not all that easy. The female employee should have waited until there was no customer in the store or waited til it slowed down long enough to have a conversation with him. She should not have embarrassed him like that

This place is not well maintained. Also out of most things. Out of all breads except white and wheat. Out of tea. Out of lemonade. Out of vitamin water. I wish I had known before I bought a drink.

There is a girl named Kayla who is supposed to be the manager she is very rude doesn’t wash her hands and has very bad hygiene.. she leaves employees by themselves all the the and takes full advantage of her manager position.. she got mad cause her friends denied her something then started to take it out on me so I had to tell her to watch her mouth.. she’s very lazy and the turn over rate is very high at this store and now I see why..I quit my second day there and now there playing with my paycheck

I got a meatball marinara and omgggg I got mozzarella cheese on it it was soooooooooooooo good!!! But I will say my fiancée card didn't work which was annoying

Very nice employees but the bread was no good and no large cups.

Absolutely horrible. The customer service and the fact that they were out of pickles, salt and pepper, ?, onions, cucumber was outrageous. Four people ended up walking out of this store while I sat there and ate.. I will not be back to Subway anytime soon.

With all respect this Subway is disappointing 2 days ago I went to this Subway... When I got there it turned out they had nothing but ham pepperoni and a few other cheeses and veggies. They couldn't even toast my sub with the few ingredients they had. I had ordered on the app for takeout way before I got there and when; I got there they had nothing done because they had no ingredients. I know it's not the employees fault but thats not the end. I came back the day after to the same subway because; I was still craving subway the next day and turned out the same situation. They had no ingredients truly sad/disappointing.

I ordered 3 foot-long subs using the Subway App. Forget it - walk-in customers take priority so when I showed up at the time the order was to be ready, it was not. I was the only customer in the store. So remember, don't use the app. Just show up and wait. Then the restaurant was out of over half the items I ordered for the sandwiches, including vegetables and cheese. Ok I will live with meat on a bun. But what was really irritating was that while my subs were being made, a guy walks in and I am completely ignored. All attention goes to him. So I suppose he is the very important customer. I left and none of the worked even noticed.
