Went in at 8:30 am on a Monday and two staff were there. Nice and friendly and service was as expected. But where's the drive-thru? I had my kid in tow so would have picked a different location if I had know this one was inside Kroger.

Peppermint mocha latte is delicious. Service is great.

I’ll give one star because the guys working there are super nice, they have awesome customer service but unfortunately, I had to return both coffees and get money back. The coffees were not good and I get Starbucks everyday, I’m addicted to them, so I know when their good and when their not. I won’t be coming back to this location, after reading so many bad reviews. Starbucks needs to read the comments and do something.

I don't understand why for the life of me y'all can't ever get my order right. I tell you, you write it on the cup and still mess it up. When I ask for a specific order that's what I WANT. $7 for my drink and had to be remade and it still wasn't remade the right way. I get it's early, and y'all were a little busy but if you could actually listen to customers orders that would be nice. Annoying.

First and foremost, I understand a 1 star is bad, and I'll give my reasoning.I completely understand the worker shortage right now, and respect that people need breaks and lunch times. I wholly support that and don't generally get bothered by that.Unfortunately, when they have a sign on the payment station that says "on break" with no estimated return time is unacceptable. I have been in some form of customer service and management for the past 16 years, and my staff would know to properly inform customers to prevent issues.Instead, this time, the employee walks up, rather short says, "I'm on break....also I'm on lunch" I can understand, but why is this happening right at lunch time and there is a line of people. 5 minutes is not the answer to give and just turn your back. You lost our $12 and possibly more for the lack of always communicating.$12 doesn't seem like much, but based on the recent trend with your reviews there needs to be some guidance and training opportunities here to better prepare your staff. That or have the manager work the location. This is not up to any form of customer service standards. I will unfortunately not visit this location anymore. There are other locations that understand what the job entails. I'll be glad to support their branches.

Cristian is awesome. He is constantly going above and beyond when it comes to the consistent, delicious, and made to order drinks!!! It goes without saying he is always friendly, helpful, great when it comes to assisting other Baristas, answering questions or concerns. He would make a fine manager! He is the main reason, although the rest of the team is great as well, I keep coming back to this location.

Were only selling refresher drinks (teas) and regular coffee ( the one inside Kroger)

If your not selling coffee then what are you selling?! I live close to this location, it’s been more than 2 weeks I’ve been stopping by for coffee with no luck, because they don’t have syrup or the caffeine or other ingredients. I don’t mean to leave a 1star review but sometimes you just need to grab their attention so they can improve.

After reading the other reviews I have concluded that Kroger is either desperate for employees or the baristas are friends with their management. My favorite interaction with them was the first out of the two timesI walk over and see two baristas busy on their phones. One was too busy texting to help us so the other one had to. Which was sweet of her because she was also busy FaceTiming someone. But don’t worry she didn’t end their conversation. My favorite part was where the person she was face timing said “who is that?” And she replied “a customer”. You’re at your job. Just hang up. I honestly wouldn’t be mad but the drinks they made us made both me and my gf sick within less than an hour. So that kind of suckedThe second time was this morning and low and behold face time girl was there. But this time she was in a bad mood and too busy texting to help us. Meanwhile a girl who I assumed was new did her best (congrats to you for being better at your job than the person who has worked there longer, seriously) texting FaceTime girl got upset with us wanting clarification on what drinks they could or couldn’t make but didn’t want to explain it so we had to gather the information from her rude responses until we just realized it’s not worth it

The barista was super rude the last two times. First time she was literally facetiming while taking our order and her friend on the phone was screaming. This time she can barely look up from her phone to rudely tell us they don’t have coffee.
