Randomly open and closed with no indication until you get there. Decent otherwise, if a little cramped. Drive through is usually pretty mid.Technically has outdoor seating but it is very small, on the sidewalk, and between high traffic parking spaces and the drive thru.
Manager here is trash. Treats customers and his employees like trash. God bless
In the area from out of town and you never know what you are going to get at any given Starbucks. This Starbucks location delivered. JOE was so friendly when taking my order and the barista was super nice! The place was clean and the inside is open. Not super crowded either. Thanks everyone!
I’ve been a fan of Starbucks years get Starbucks almost every day. This location in particular though is always a let down.Today I stopped by after work thirsty as heck and order a new trending drink “water with peach juice” just as it sounds it’s just water with peach juice added. Total for two of them in venti it’s around a $1.75 total. At the speaker I give me order revive my total but when I go to the window I’m told that they rung it up wrong and when I explain how if that’s exactly what I have been getting and almost exactly what I always pay (tax varies)the girl at the window gets another girl with pink bangs and tells me that they can’t do it like that anymore and they have to ring it up as a customized tea and that the total is $9.95. Now I don’t wanna assume that the girl just pulled that out from “somewhere” but it was literally rung up perfectly fine before. Why go out of your way to change it to “customized tea” when the whole reason for the drink is for it to be a cheap drink. I’ve worked retail though so I know sometimes district managers, store managers or franchises owners can sometimes be A holes so I don’t wanna blame the girl if it really is what they were told to do. So I told them to cancel it. And instead of going home I drove to Buford and was able to get it up there no issue. So I’ve at least narrowed it down to being an issue at this location I just down know if it was an issue with the girl that I was trying to save some money or some other member of leadership that’s so unhappy with their job that they’d go out of their way to make sure these drinks are rung up as teas! It’s just peach juice with water added and shaken up!
Everyone was very nice! I brought my two nieces for girls day! They were so sweet to them using gift cards 10 times! Priceless outing for us, they loved the cake pops!❤

Today I got a hot coffee, and I’m lactose intolerant so I always ask for almond milk or oat milk. The guy at the window said it was almond milk, and the label on the cup said it was, but after a few sips I was super sick like I am when I accidentally have dairy. I’m not mad I just think there was a serious communication error and that can be dangerous for someone with more severe lactose intolerance or even a milk allergy.
I'm in town for a swim meet and wanted a free-standing Starbucks vs inside a Target or Kroger. This store was very clean!! The staff was pleasant and engaged. I ordered a medicine ball and it was so good I'm going back this afternoon for another one. Highly recommend this location.
The people at the Dawsonville Hwy Starbucks try to give me a half of a Venti dragon tea just because I ordered no ice worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks yet
