When I go the star bucks I'm usually in the drive thru, but this location is very good at what they do and the inside is very comforting.
Our experience at this Starbucks was top notch. Rosemary who took our order was personable, and service-oriented. She noticed i took the stopper out of my drink and asked if we preferred to not have one in my wife’s. Obviously, that paying attention to small details blew us away. Furthermore, my wife’s breve chai was made to perfection- and she readily admits she is more than particular about her drink. Customer-service like this has seemed to fade over the years and we wanted the staff, and community to know how exceptional they were! Thanks so much Starbucks Thompson Bridge!
I started going to this specific Starbucks when I started working in Gainesville over a year ago. The morning crew is and always has been fast, friendly and on point! This tired mama / full-time working woman truly appreciates it!
These people are so nice here. The drink was great and they flew through a long line.
Service was friendly. Store could have scored better if they actually had peppermint flavor for the seasonal drinks they advertise on the menu. They had holiday coffee, so I suspect they did not order properly, regardless we can call it a global crisis or something. I had really wanted the peppermint mocha so it was disappointing and just got a regular coffee which was just ok as usual. Probably could have sold me a more expensive drink if they had recommended something holiday-ish since they they did not have what I wanted.
I just want my drink to taste the same every time I get it... put please go by try their breakfast, feeling a lil off try the medicine ball tea.. GREAT ?

They need some help. The poor barista was going as fast as they could but there was just too much. You can't expect them to get things out in a timely manor if they dont have help

Friendly but didn’t make good drinks. Mine took forever and it was cold. Flavor was off on the PSL and the Frap. Also had a low health score of 82.
