Finally stopped in after driving by several times weekly and was glad I did. The dining room is bigger than expected and decorated with lake photos. The barbecue was just fine as was the Brunswick stew. Will be back.
We were in the area camping, and we decided to stop here to have a bite to eat. That is what we got, a bite of meat. They have very very small portions at a very high price. Even though we only got a bite to eat, it was a tasty bite.
BBQ pork plate was was pretty average. Mac and cheese was really good. Brunswick stew was good but severed cold.
Love Sherry’s barbecue! Great flavor and tender without all the fat, which deserves an extra star! This was our first time trying it and my friend enjoyed the Mac n cheese w/the hint of pimento. No photo of our food to show because it’s all gone! We shall return soon!

Excellent food! The brisket was done perfectly, peach cobbler was delicious and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her pulled chicken sandwich. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will certainly return for more.
Horrible service... Older Woman at counter was very rude, for someone to have a bbq place and have no southern hospitality is really out of the ordinary. Plus no mac n cheese nor sweet tea?? Bbq was good but price for the food was pricey.... I WOULD HIRE A NEW LADY FOR MY COUNTER ONE THAT SMILES ATLEAST.
Great pulled pork get two eat one there and have one to take to the lakeside while you fish.its awesome get your bait maybe some tackle an a great barbeque sandwich can't beat that..good luck on the lake.!
Not only is their daily menu delicious but we have ordered their whole smoked turkey breast for thanksgiving 3 years in a row now, always a big hit with everyone that attends. Hoping they will have them again this year.
Got a Brisket plate there was only 2 slices brisket which was 2oz. the plate was supposed to have 5oz. brisket. the coleslaw was not good it had no taste to it. the stew was like vegetable soup. Will never go back there. now I know why I never see any cars in the parking lot.
