I placed an order on door dash at 11:30. I get lunch at 12:30pm. The door dasher waited for my order more than 30 min. They lady told him she couldn't give an eta on the order b/c she worked in the front. I called to see and she cut me off was rude and said she had several catering orders in front of mine. However on the order they gave me 20 mins max waiting time. I will probably not order from them again.
This Gainesville Schlotzky’s is the nastiest restaurant I’ve been to in quite some time. The floors are all cracked and filthy looking. The women’s bathroom is literally falling apart; the floor is littered with paper and funky water growth. Disgusting all the way around. Do the owners never visit their own establishment? How do they pass inspections? YUKE
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... Called the store ahead to see if we could use Tmobile Tuesday Cinnabon coupon. The man grumbled "Schlotzsky's and Cinnabon were affiliated and that the coupon could be used." Okay, cool cool. We show up and order and let him know that we had coupons and I went to scan and it didn't work. To this request he stated rudely "I only have 4 left for the day." (He wasn't making more even if I had asked and it was only about 5 pm) So I proceeded to ask if there was any way he could do them manually.. He caught an attitude and stated that there wasn't anything he could do. After practically begging, he finally agreed to give us them for the rate at which the coupon stated.After receiving the items, I asked "why did you have to be so rude about it when we asked you and called ahead?" To this, he replied "I am the assistant manager and I don't have to listen to you." I have worked in customer service and the restaurant business for 5 years and this was one of the worst experiences I have had for doing absolutely nothing wrong. He seemed like he hated his job and took it out on his customers.
Showed up today to get some sandwiches for my wife on Mother’s Day. We showed up at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before they are supposed to close. We got greeted with “You have five minutes to order and you can’t eat in here”. I understood we were not going to eat there since they closed soon, but I didn’t feel it was necessary to say. Then got told the ovens were already off, so we couldn’t order sandwiches. What’s the point of saying you open till 7pm when you really aren’t. Don’t recommend going to this place to deal with rude people
Food is "good," however, this is the SECOND time I've ordered (online) in the past month and a half where they did NOT get my order right. I tried to call about the error with my sandwich last time, and couldn't get anyone to answer. THIS time, I though I'd order a salad - can't mess that up, right? wrong. Ordered the "Turkey Avacado Cobb Salad" and they forgot to add the Avacado and egg.... my boss didn't get what she ordered either. I understand lack of staff can make things difficult, but you need to update your website/menu and take more care when making orders. I did not receive what I PAID for. Took many many calls for mgr. to answer, and she said to "come back and she would give me credit" for it (but she didn't ask for my name or give me hers..?) I don't know...bit of a zoo here...
Great service and good food!
It had been quite awhile since my husband at here. They use to be good so we thought we would have lunch there today. We were disappointed! We waited a long time for our order. When we finally got it my husband's sandwich was not the way he ordered it with only mayonnaise on it. It had everything on it. He didn't want to have to wait longer for a new sandwich so he just picked every thing off. But he was not happy. There prices are very high now, too. Definitely not worth the price. Not a lot of other customers there but notice they were waiting awhile for their food, too. I will not be going back there. Next time I will go to Firehouse Subs. They are a lot better. Wish this place was as good as it use to be.
Really great food! The elderly man up front has an awful attitude though. Seemed aggravated that we were there. Besides that, it’s great food!
Went today for lunch. It smells like a dirty bathroom. Its nasty inside the whole place. I ordered a regular original which I should have never even ordered. It came with very little on it and for 10.00 I will never go back.
The subs are great. I was amazed at the variety and friendliness. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area.
