First and foremost. The restaurant is very quaint and the employees put their efforts in to make sure you have a clean environment great welcoming service and good food. What I will say in return to those negative reviews. Everyone is struggling hiring. We have a wonderful team. It's so much easier to give a bad review over a good experience. We get it. Post the positives please

Wow is all I can say.. the food here is very amazing the margarita salmon dish and fajitas dishes are very popular along with very well variations of drinks if you drink.. very clean place and cooks are very fast.. the only people I feel who’d say anything negative about this place is people who are impatient during high volume hours or very cheap with food.. I’m from ny state where their are many restaurants and I must say this is one of the best places to eat in Gainesville ga and their so clean they scored a 100 and if you don’t believe me ask the manager to see their cleanliness score

Very good food; the staff could be more attentive BUT I also eat at weird times due to my work schedule so that isn't that big of an issue for me.

My first visit here for lunch and it was average. The place was not crowded at all. The service was great with a friendly server. I got enchiladas but the rice was not good. The rest of the meal was tasty.

1st time here since we just moved here recently the ppl who owned our house b4 we bought it recommended this place and omg sooo good and authentic. Definatly found our new mexican restaurant. Staff super friendly. Huge menu so tons of options. Great sweet tea too Southern n sweet.

We drove to spend Gainesville to see my mom and dad. There are five of us in all. They like to go to Pueblos. I’d give the food 5 stars we were all happy with what we chose. The waiter, however, was a different matter. He was rude and indifferent from the moment we walked in. His service was less than mediocre. I wasn’t gonna say a word till my daughter said something first. My dad left a very generous tip. Which my wife, daughter, and I all feel wasn’t deserved. It should have reflected his piss poor service. I give his service 1 star. So averaging out his lackadaisical service and the food, I rate Pueblos 2 stars overall. I’d certainly not choose to go back by choice. Oh, I’ll be nice and change it to 3 stars. The food was good. Not their fault waiter could careless we were there.

The food was AWESOME!!! It was really laid back and our server was so nice. We'll definitely be going back..

Good food, very nice staff, a tad pricey, but worth it.

This was a quick stop on our way to a friend's for the night as we were on our way back home to Florida. Just something to eat. What a wonderful surprise. Excellent food but most surprising was the customer service we received in our drink order being taken by the Manager. Awesome tasting Margaritas the way. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Moses. Moses has excellent customer service skills. Knows the menu so did not need to write down the order, sometimes this unnerves me but all turned out well. Smiled, laughed joked with us tired travelers not too much though let us eat. Brought homemade guacamole that was excellent as well and we spoke of similar backgrounds. They are going to lose him eventually to the medical field where his patients are going to remember him for the same reasons we did. Moses is an asset to Pueblos for as long as he is there. We will be back in the Spring and will stopping for the food and hopefully to say hi to Moses.

I love this restaurant. Amazing food!
