yesterday my friend ordered a pizza delivery. cheese pizza came out fine the Supreme a slice was missing and it was half Supreme half meat and there was chile crushed pepper on it really disappointed
I ordered a pizza and a couple other items last night and receive full confirmation and saw my order had been started via the track my pizza function online. It was supposed to deliver at 11 PM approximately. And at 11:30 PM I decided to check the track my pizza function again and it said it was in the oven will be delivered in approximately 25 to 35 minutes. Needless to say I never received the pizza nor a call Or any explanation at all. I contacted corporate three times now to not receive any word back on the well over $50 I spent trying to get food for a group of people and myself.
Ordered online using app, called to check on order and no one would answer. 45 mins later I arrive at the store to find they gave my order away to someone else by mistake. The order before me had two pizzas, and I had 5 boxes (2 family orders of breadsticks and 3 pizzas) but they gave mine to the person who ordered 2 pizzas. So they had to redo my order. As I stood in the store a few things were wrong: 1) the young teen handing out pizzas from the warming oven wasn't looking at tags or pizzas for anyone. The black man probably was 18 years old, but he was definitely not checking orders. 2)they were older men on staff but no one seemed to be in charge 3)a man came from the oven area with a mask on but it wasn't covering a huge long public hair looking beard. 4)The young Hispanic girl at the register was the only one being kind to clients that came in. 5) Many families were coming in to dine in, but found the dining area was blocked by chairs. A simple sign on the door would of prevented so many families from coming in to eat. 6)the parking lot has huge potholes in it and it is in the shady part of town. I left my teen son in the car and a man came up to the window and knocked on it. 7) No one offered to refund me or give me a discount after the mix-up on my order. I even put an online tip on my order, it would of been nice if they would of refunded that at least or offered. The Thompson Br Rd Pizza Hut was normally disorganized but nothing as bad at this. They need some upper management to look into the customer service at this location and order efficiency. Gainesville has tons of restaurants, so they will need to step up their game to stay in business.
I have always chose this Pizza Hut to be my Pizza Hut. The other reviews really confuse me with complaints about deliveries and other stuff but hey that's them and not me. I have nothing but good things to say. I love the 100, Grade A placard. Miss. Allen is almost always the one who is there to hand me my ordered food when I do select carryout, she is sweet, professional, courteous, really just seems/shows she cares. I always also make "special instructions", "make it chezzzzzzy", or "Make it scrumdiddlyumptious". I know this will remain my PH for as long as it's there and I believe it's been there 30 years and I hope it's there for 30 more!
Bad service!! I ordered for delivery said it would be 25-30min. An hour passed and tracker said they were still making it gave them 10 more min and nothing. I tried calling and was on hold for 10min no one ever answered! My boyfriend drove over there to see why it’s taking so long and saw employees outside smoking and listening to music in the delivery cars! Said they were backed up and short staffed up but only had one customer in there and a whole bunch of employees messing around!
Never deliver, never call to let you know they don't have drivers, order online and you are forced to this store that takes your money just to refund it after they close. Order carryout and they never get your order right if they even make it at all. Really surprised this place stays open
I've Loved Pizza Hut since I was a kid. There was nothing like going to sit in a bench order Pizza and rootbeer with the family and trying to eat more then everyone else. The Pizza is still good, the atmosphere will still take you back and this one is a few mins from home so my Pizza is still very hot when I get home. Gotta Love It.
The service was okay but there was a termite on my drink. Food was good. Many customers had problems and weren’t getting their food.
I ordered cheesy breadsticks pepperoni lovers stuffed crust and the pizza was amazing very very good very polite servers and delivery driver I will definitely order from here again when I get back this way I drive truck over the road and it's nice to just be able to order from the company rather than Uber eats or doordash and stuff
First time in many years I purchased pizza hut....it was surprisingly so much better than I remember. Will definitely purchase again#!!
