I placed an online order for delivery at 6:18 PM on Saturday the 30th for a large pizza and cookie. The estimate of time was 30-45 minutes. I used the pizza tracker and it was stuck on prepared from 6:30 until I called about it at 7:00PM. Whoever answered the phone said the pizza was done at 6:28, but they had no one to deliver it. I asked for a refund and went to pick it up almost an hour since it was ordered. I did receive a refund, a cold pizza and cookie. What bothered me was how smug the apparent manager was when she said the delivery was for all the people who drink while on the lake and can't drive. She then told me to have a blessed day. I understand that delivery drivers are few and would have picked up my order. The manager is why a 1 star rate, and we won't be back.
Always undercooked. Quality goes down year after year like most big pizza companies. Unfortunate but I get it.

Major Kudos for Papa John's PIZZA - Keith Bridge Rd, G'ville - Kim (Manager) at Papa's is super amazing! We ordered & had to have it delivered within 30 minutes for our Contractors! Thus, Dree (who Delivered) was wonderful too, got our big order here safely & hot! I always find Papa's our #1 'go to' for PIZZA. This time I tried the Italian 5 cheese + stuffed crust - WOW was that GREAT! YUM! Everyone enjoyed their pie! Almost Every time at this location I order extra pepperchinis they literally give me one extra pepper or none. I want to eat peppers when I eat my pizza and more than once I’ve been super excited then letdown. It’s the only reason I order from papajohns.Whoever management is, if you would please make sure your employees know to add peppers when extra are ordered it would be appreciated so I can continue to order from this location. If there is anything I can do to ensure they are added pls let me know.
Edit: October 19thOkay, this is the third pizza in a row that they've sent us undercooked. We even put in the order "Well-done" and it's still raw dough. Sure you can call and get a free replacement but it's a waste if half the pizzas you get are inedible. I am not going to get food poisoning from eating a raw pizza again.By the way, if you're wondering, the other "well done" pizza (we ordered two) is merely cooked. It is not well done. I'm horrified to think that their idea of "well-done" is actually just barely cooked. There are no char marks which add flavor to the crust. The dough is obviously under-proofed even IF it's cooked. You can tell by how inconsistent the rise is.They seem to have a general issue with cooking the pizzas enough - and the stuffed crust ones are NEVER edible. I'm tired of calling to ask for replacements and eating thirty minutes after the rest of my family. We're done with Papa John's.
I was totally disappointed!! I ordered “The Works” pizza. I was totally shocked when I saw how SKIMPY the toppings were on this $17 pizza!!!!!!I couldn’t believe it. I later looked at the website for their specials they had, and found out one of their specials was ANY LARGE PIZZA WITH 5 toppings was only $14.!!! Big rip off!!!!! $17 for a pizza with very few pieces of the MEATS they put on it!!! No wonder their shutting down a bunch of their stores!! Their $17 pizza is way overpriced for what you get FOR SURE!

When delivering someone food that they will be eating you should not sit it on top of someone’s trash can. Completely unacceptable when there is a covered front porch! Makes no sense.
