Placed an order around 730. It's almost 930! Been told it's being placed in the oven twice already when we called to check on it. Then she says, I think it's out for delivery. When I asked which one was it, it took a minute to respond! When the order was placed it said 40 minutes. Guess I'll make self something to eat, and maybe it will be here by dinner time tomorrow.Just called back at 10:02, and was told that the information I was given was wrong. NEVAEH told me that it was being placed in the oven again. SCOTTY jumps on the phone and says the new person who I spoke to was 17 and new, and nothing she was being taught was sticking! Who says that and calls themselves a manager! Then he says the order went out by doordash and I told him that I already said cancel it, he gets loud and rude and hangs up on me! What type of place is this? I will be reaching out to corporate office in the morning, and if I enter that pizza shop and Scotty is still there and nothing was done, I will continue to take this higher
Terrible. Just Terrible. I got the completely wrong order after spending 45-50 dollars and only received a single pizza. Spent 30 minutes calling the store to try to get in contact with SOMEONE from the location. No answer. Also the pizza I received wasn't even cut. Had to cut it with my own pizza cutter. Not a huge deal but still shouldn't have had to do that. So I gave up and considered it a loss. I'm ordering from them today for a second chance. See how it goes
Smoked chicken didn't taste like it was smoked, but still tasted well. Brunswick stew was great and potato salad was good toi. Original BBQ sauce good as usual
They're alright (much better than the Domino's that we used to order from), but they still have their problems. Whenever I order, I order a square cut pizza but always get my pizza cut like normal. The past few times that I've ordered my pizza online, I've called Papa John's afterwards to verify that I want my pizza square cut. The employee agrees and says that I will get my pizza square cut, but I end up getting a regular cut pizza. The last time that this happened, the manager offered me 50% off my next order because of this mistake, which i greatly appreciated. Just today, I called in to take that deal and ordered, once again, a square cut pizza. The employee repeated my exact words so I was hopeful that I was actually going to get a square cut pizza. But no, my pizza was delivered cut regular, just like it always is. Don't get me wrong, I can eat a pizza cut regular and I do understand a mistake every now and then. But at this rate, it seems like a mistake for them would be actually delivering a square cut pizza like I ordered. If you're not going to give your customers something, then don't advertise it.
Never order from this place! Management team is horrible. They don’t take care of customers when they make the mistake. Absolutely horrible management in this location.
The crew has hair down to the shoulders no hair nets one was wiping his nose and fixing pizza no gloves found hair in my pizza

Left out half of our order… The delivery driver said I would have to contact the store about the missing items. I did, per the young lady that answered the phone and the manager in the background the only thing that can be offered is my name on a wall with $10. Off my next order! Unfortunately the items that were left off completed the dinner. I ordered delivery due to being sick so going to the store myself was not an option. Waste of time and money!
