The Papa Johns by New Holland Kroger was so inconsiderate. I am a wife & caregiver to my 100% Disabled Marine Veteran & I am only able to leave our home if someone cares for him while I'm at the store, so last Friday I ordered a pizza from them & when I went to pick it up they had lost my order! I had to go back home because the person watching my hubby had to leave. Papa John's did not make this right! Now Dominos would've not only given me the pizza & delivered it for FREE! Whi do you think has won my business from now on? Dominos & Papa John's goodbye!
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! The “manager” would not even give me another number to contact a franchise manager or anyone higher than her. We already called corporate & her response was “doesn’t matter we’re a franchise”. She just kept hanging up on me and calling me “honey” when I told her it was unprofessional. Then said she’d report me for harassment because I called twice after her hanging up asking for another number. We ordered pizza almost 2 hours ago. Called once and they said it was out for delivery. Called again over 30 min later & they said they would give me a refund or I could come pick it up. This Papa Johns is horrible!! This store only has people there who clearly do not care about their job. The manager is obviously trashy & extremely unprofessional. Possible name: Jennifer? She should be fired.
Poor customer service , the ("girl") made me wait for her to take care of my oder(sha had to organize the pizza boxes)she had an attitude taking my order; she asked me, "What do you want? she even cut me off to ask my namejust awful servicePlus, the cheese tasted old (like out dated ) and wouldn't recommend to anyoneI'll rather go to DOMINO'S
This papa John's left out some of my order. I ordered extra sauce and cheese packets WHICH I PAID FOR and they did not include it. Very disappointing. Everyone likes their own sauce but we did not get that tonight.
Placed an order at 7:28 pm and was given a 103 to 113 min wait time which was fine. Two ours later I called to see where my order was and was told it was on the way. I called again another 30 min later and was told the driver was a few min away and would be arriving shortly. It is now 10:55 and still no pizza.
0 star rating. Pretty much every time without fail order gets "lost" or "forgotten" never gets filled or delivered. You can call it in or place online never delivered to my house 5 minutes away ( happened probabky 5-6 times witin last 4 months). Worst customer service worst pizza joint in town. Never placing another order with them and will spread the word to others. Don't waste your time go to Mello or sliced and get a real pizza.
Bad service and food sucks. Has been that way for the last several years. They just don't care. I have been in the food industry for many years and have a bachelors degree in hospitality and this place is bad. They have even hung up on us and that is unacceptable. They need help. Restraunt impossible needs to come in.
The past 2 times we’ve ordered from this location have sucked. The first time the delivery guy delivered it to the wrong apartment and then they wouldn’t send out another pizza. The second time we have waited for over an hour and still no sign of the pizza when we were told 30-40 minutes. When I tried calling the store no one would answer the phone. Will not be ordering from this location ever again. If I could do 0 stars I would.
if no stars was an option, the girl working tonight (refused to give a name) would receive that rating, I called 16 times in desperate hopes of an answer and finally the girl working picked up, who was “in charge for the night” and when I asked for her name since she had an attitude over my calling over and over, she refused and told me since I had called over and over “making a fool of myself” that if I came into the store to place my order she would CALL THE POLICE (over wanting to order a pizza and calling the store too much) which is obviously NOT A CRIME. SERIOUS staff issue, but I guess you get what you get nowadays, I still think answering the phone is an obvious must at a pizza place, or customer service in general. never have I ever tried to order a pizza and when asking to make a complaint over the service I was dealt, threatened with the cops in return.. wow. hopefully the owner cares enough to reply or I guess with the staffing shortage this is allowed.
I didn’t even want to give them one star but I had to in order to leave a review. On 12/27/21 I ordered online at 11am for pickup at 5:30. I ordered two large pizzas & an order of cheese sticks. My husband arrived at 5:35 to pickup our order. When he got there the employee was standing at the counter, there were several other customers in the store & the phone was ringing & ringing. My husband gave the name for the order & the woman told him it wasn’t ready. He asked about how long before it would be ready. She told him that the order had not even been started. My husband said “we ordered online 6 1/2 hours ago & it hasn’t been started. Why do you have the order ahead if you’re not going to have it ready” The woman got really rude with him & said she was the only one there. He asked if she was the only one there all day. She then told him “Im just going to cancel your order that way I don’t have to bother making it”. He told her no that he wanted our order & that it had already been paid for. She said “to bad, I just canceled it” My husband called me & I have tried calling up there several times but the phone just rings & rings. This is not the first time the employees have been extremely rude at this location but no where close to this employee. She doesn’t need to be working with customers & this location really needs to get it together. This is so unacceptable!!!
