The customer service is lacking. Employees who seem bothered to assist you. There is no sense of welcoming. I said thank you and the guy completely ignored me. I will not go back to a place and spend hard earned money to get an attitude for ordering food. I asked for no vegetables in the chow mien and all she did was push them to the bottom to deceive a customer. I will be contacting the corporate office to lodge and official complaint. Is this how Panda Express operates?
It was ok.. I work near by and walked in for lunch. I've definitely had better Chinese in the past but I have also had worse
Ss a big fan of Panda, my reviews usually rest squarely on five star. Today feel short of that Mark. Whether due to staffing shortages for time of day, there seem to be a lack of proper preparation. In a rush to prepare foods to meet the lunch demand, the rice was undercooked and the entree shorted.
I enjoyed this panda very much. The employees are nice and considerate and work to fulfill your order quickly.Despite the fact they had minimum staff, they provide a fantastic dining experience. The food taste great and the restaurant itself was very organized and clean.
Service was poor. I ask for fresh brewed sweet tea since the containers were empty and was told that they didn't have tea today. Maybe there's something special about Saturdays where tea is not served.
I had a wonderful meal there with my wonderful friend Melissa her plate was wonderful looking and she said it tasted great. So what's my male loved it be back soon
Where to begin. Fried rice has NO flavor Lo main has way too much cabbage. Portions of walnut shrimp are small and has way too many walnuts. Teriyaki chicken breast has LOTS of fat , spring rolls are always low or unavailable, crab ragoons are overcooked . No more than 2 fortune cookies , extra will cost you. Definitely going down hill used to be a great place when it first opened.
Very good "fast food" Chinese cuisine. Love to go here when the Chinese take out bug strikes! The Black Pepper Angus Steak is one of my favorites!
They got the orders mixed up even though we were moving down the line. Average food, but good.
