Me and my bf came to eat here on 03-25 and the waiter was on top of his game. He always made sure we were taken care of and greeted us with a smile each time. He even put our left overs in to go plates for us. Thank you for your great service. The food was also amazing! We will definitely be back! ♡
The food is really good. However our waitress was rude. There is a middle age waitress and a young one. The older one was the rude. He doesn't let you talk. Its like he doesn't care about the customer as long as he gets paid. The Younger one was very courteous and kind. The place looks nice and clean.
After ordering $70 worth of takeout from Oriental Garden, I found an entire acrylic fingernail in my food. I reached out to the restaurant, simply to make them aware, upon which the "manager" denied my claim and informed me that the restaurant only employs males who do not wear acrylic nails. He did not offer to refund the food or make the situation right in any way, only denied the possibility that this could have occurred. I will be making a call to DPH, but in the meantime, I wouldn't risk it by eating here.
We come here to eat often, sometimes up to once or twice a week. The food is consistently good. Service is more than great. As for the older gentleman that waits on us, he is the only person I can see who works there all day, every day. He has never been rude or ugly to us in any way. He is actually quite friendly! Just go enjoy their delicious food. You won't regret it.
Looks like a lot of people leave a bad review because of the service/older waiter, food is good I had not gone in a while, anyways everything was going good till we started ordering food & my sister was trying to get chicken nuggets from the kids menu, it says right there 10 and under, she’s literally 10 & does not like chinese food! (not yet atleast) he was trying to say that she couldn’t order from kids menu & he was getting all mad like if he knew for sure that’s she was older, then at the end i paid with a 20 $ bill, I told him 15 cash the rest on card, he comes back with the $5 in his hand asking if that was his tip, he asked twice, I wasn’t ready to leave yet so I said no & he proceeded to throw it on the plate that had grease everywhere, we shouldn’t have left anything because of the service but since he threw it in a dirty plate my cousin went ahead and told him to keep it. I had never had ANYONE ask for a tip.
Mongolian beef, tender. Egg roll hot and not greasy. Hot and sour soup perfect.
Good food. There’s a slight language barrier with the servers here, but I’ve gotten used to it. Always have had quality food here, always!
I ordered curry chicken in an Asian restaurant but it was absolutely fabulous! There was only one server for the entire full restaurant at lunch but he did an outstanding job!
The food was great but the service was awful. The older guy, which I assume was the owner, was completely rude, my wife politely asked for more of the fried wontons and he just walked off. She thought he just didn't hear her, and asked again when he finally brought us our drinks, and he kind of snapped at her and said "I'm getting it, I'm getting it." When he brought them to us he tossed them on the table and said with an attitude "Here you go, here you go, this is what you were asking for", while patting the bags. We blew it off, and after eating and he brought us out check, I had signed it and was in process of putting the tip on there, and he walked up, stared at me and put his hand out. I don't care how busy you are, no reason to stand there while I am trying to write your tip, completely rude. I am typically a big tipper, but needless to say I was not this time.
I've ordered from here twice (scoond time was because I didn't remember they are the worst in town) they will get your order wrong! And the good taste nasty. Please save your money and go somewhere else!! I wish I could give them a negative star.
