Our server was sweet and so tall damn, but I am very short lol! He made us feel comfortable.As far as the food, it was good, but not memorable. The food lacks depth of flavor, it's a chain. But I keep coming back because it's a nice atmosphere, the food is good and the BERRY SANGRIA IS AMAZING, I could drink it all day! ? ?
You can't really rate the food at Olive garden. If you've eaten at one you've eaten at them all. Nothing really changes in that department. So my rating here goes for our service. Our server was exceptional, he did an excellent job and went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied.
Wanted to send out a BIG thank you to Makenzie D as she was the BEST server we have ever gotten here. She came back to the table numerous times to make sure we were good. I haven't had the ravioli yet and said i should try it, so I did. It was really good just as she said it would be. Thanks again.
I was here today with my kids, the young lady (Dayana)that took care of us was very good and pleasant. The manager (Ben) in the other hand absolutely awful, we had a situation where he was extremely loud about it. Everyone around heard what was happening. He clearly has no customer service skills.
We had a large family dinner and I have to say it was superb. We were served quickly and accurately the food was excellent. I regret I did not get our 2 servers names for they deserve recognition. Outstanding service from 2 young ladies. We are quick to criticize anymore but less inclined to give kudos. So I simply say Well done Olive Garden. All 11 thoroughly enjoyed our meal:)
Again, I have tried to eat at one of the Darden's corporate owned restaurants. Salad= lettuce. Spaghetti= dry and mostly noodles. Why does this company think this is acceptable. I have seen other reviews. Most relate to the employees. So good job employees. Just terrible food quality and content. Maybe if people take the time to complain they will correct the poor quality in food service.
I would like to comment on their service but I wouldn’t know. We sat there for ten minutes and were never looked at. After the host seated a table across from us there severer came and took their drink order, almost immediately. We looked at each other and shrugged our shoulders. I guess we should go I said to my wife. On the way out I said thank you for the service. No response on that either. I won’t be back.
Got OG to go for the family tonight. The curbside pickup process was easy and even on a very busy Sat. night I didn't wait more than 5 min for my food. The to go bag had everything needed to serve the food which was excellent. It's a great value for the small lasagna family meal too, and everyone was stuffed.
A well maintained and run Olive Garden this was. Staff was friendly food was cooked to perfection we had no way since we registered online. Staff was friendly, service was prompt and I have no complaints.
I ordered take out and live 3 miles away, when I got it home one of the items we ordered was wrong. They were both cold and not edible. We didn't receive the bread sticks. I called and the lady whom answered was rude and hung up on me. I have yet to have this made right. We ordered regularly from here but I will not again.
