Great food, fast friendly service, excellent value.
I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra pickles extra onions. And when I get home I read my ticket we had a barrier of language problem cuz they wrote no pickles no one's. Only thing they got right what's the large fries with no salt. Customer service with the ones I talked to were nice but whoever took the order needs to listen better but I think it was just language barrier problems.
I ordered happy meals for my kids in the drive thru. They asked me to pull up to a parking spot to wait. The employee accidentally gave my order to the wrong car. When my order was finally brought out, the apples and sauces were missing from the order. I was only behind one car when I pulled up and ended up being there for almost 20 minutes.
Big Mac was so messy I had to rebuild it myself to eat it! Fries were half done & cold! Coke mixture was off, it tasted like pure syrup water! Dining area was disgusting! Won't be back at this one!
It wasn't awful but could have been better. The food was a little cold and the fries were hard.we had to ask for condiments twice. But they were nice enough and pretty fast.
I've been using this McDonalds every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday normally for Breakfast. My main concern is the Orange Juice machine always seems to be broken. I've been told the mixer doesn't work. It's become a joke between my passengers and myself, and I've been keep notes, about how long it's been broken since Oct 7, 2021. I've even told multiple employees, that their maintenance man should be fired, as it's evident he isn't doing his job... Or is this an employee problem, because they don't want to clean the machine?
Short staffed but they were doing an excellent job!
I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes.... I used to work in fast food and I know for a fact this is enacceptable. Most likely staffing issues. However, no apology was given. Ran by children
The last two times I have visited this McDonalds location, my meal has been incorrect. I'm not sure why No Cheese is such a big deal. Today, they remade my hamburger 4 times and stil didn't get it right. I finally gave up and left! Will not be back!
I ordered the number 7 which is the two cheeseburgers combo.. Paid almost eight dollars.. I asked for no mustard no ketchup which was correct but also ordered extra pickles and didn't get any or onions..
