You can tell nobody at this place takes pride in their job, food was cold during lunchtime.
If i could give them 0 stars I would. We had a very simple order and we get up to the window and the girl tries handing us a drink we didnt order and then proceeds to tell us we didnt order what we said we ordered. It clearly states what we ordered on our receipt. Ok that was screw up #1. #2 was our double quarter pounder buns were hard. Go inside to get new ones. Screw up #3 they gave us 1 dbl quarter pounder and 1 single quarter pounder. Seriously?? They couldnt get a very simple order correct but feel they deserve to make more money. I think not.
McDonald's is what it is. This one tho may just be the worst run restaurant I've ever been to. I don't live near by. I pass it on the way to work. I don't stop here bc it's so bad! Awful! Stay away.
This is good most of the time. Would give a 3.6 if I could. Was disappointed with the fries but I am nothing if not forgiving. I'm still coming back cuz I'm too lazy to shop and cook food RN.
The employees looked straight through me when I went back to the front to ask for ketchup. The staff is very rude while taking my order. I also got made fun of for my speech disability (speech impediment) by the cashier. He continued to laugh when I was having a hard time pronouncing a menu item and continued to mock me. I felt so humiliated. He also told me to hurry up because during my disability I slow down my speech so the people I'm talking too can understand me but he continued to mock me and get upset because I was slow at speaking.
Worst location in Gainesville. The people that are hired are so incompetent. I spent about 30$ to get someone else’s 15$ order, now all the people I ordered for are eating cheese burgers with nothing on them. The sheer mediocrity of the entire location is dumbfounding and absolutely mind numbing. Go to a different location. This whole store needs all new employees who can read and deliver the right orders.
I dont know what's worse. The 30 min drive through wait time or being stuck in-between cars so you have no way to leave. I have no respect for lazy workers. I've seen solo persons do better than what I see tonight.
Usually with fast food or going to a QSR you expect things to be somewhat simple or at least look for constancy. This location is terrible. Every time I come to this location they are consistent for the wrong reasons. food is never fresh and always cold. Orders are usually wrong and I have to come back and have the order replaced. Asking for sauces and maybe you get the sauce every other visit. Not just the day crew but also the night staff. Every time my family and friends come at night we usually see the staff members on there phones and they are rude. They always act like we are interrupting their conversations, like its an inconvenience for them to work there. If you don't want to work there, then don't. I haven't written a review for this place yet because usually I like to go somewhere a couple times and give them a chance to see if maybe it was just an off day or night. If you want McDonalds go and great service go to the other location off of Jesse Jewell Parkway, may take an extra 10 minutes on your lunch break, but definitely worth it.
By far the worst service in Gainesville. I have given this McDonald's so many chance to get it together, but the seld get the order right, the wait times are ALWAYS long. On top of the that, they seldom but the condiments in the bag when you ask for them. When you bring the poor service to a manger's attention, they shrug it off and don't fix the issues.
Wasn't that busy when we arrived. Drive thru moved quick but we didn't get the right food at first then got our food but was missing a few items.
