I wrote a review and the store manager called me back and it was very nice. He told me to come in and he would replace my order that was messed up and I did today and he remembered me and everything no question asked. He made sure it was right before giving me the food. Great customer service and he seems like a great store manger. Thank you so much it made my day. I have faith in McDonald's again.
I have certain food allergies and I somehow reacted to my purchased food and now have to deal with the consequences. And no, I've never reacted before at any other location. Never visiting there again after knowing their cleanliness practices are this bad.They also overcharged for my food. Even on the website it was cheaper with UberEATS so it's a bit suspect. Skip this one and go anywhere else in the city.
Fries could've been better/hot,Great staff, the late night crew.The one lady there,"Ashley C.,I want to marry. She is tuff, been though more than anyone. Communication failure due to language issues or perhaps just lack of concern on employees part. Wrong size order and was told at the window they couldn't make it right and that I would just have to make another trip through the drive thru.
Well they got where they don't serve ice cream anymore and food quality is not as good. Hate to say it use to be really good.
Warning to allMy wife went here and used her credit card and next morning at 2 am we were been drained our credit cardLady took a long time to run card and no one will answer my call at store sooo warning to all including manager someone is skimming credit cards stay away from this store!!!!!!!!!!
I love this McDonald's the staff are very helpful and the customer service skills are on point the food is always wonderful the bathrooms are clean and I don't mind actually sitting inside here to eat it's very clean and the atmosphere is nice.
Food is good for the price. Wait time in the drive-thru can take a while due to the popularity with the location. Service is typically fast and friendly.
I ordered a two for four dollars McGriddles and got one biscuit and neither one of them had the egg rounds. It took nearly 8 minutes just to place the order at the drive-through with only one car in front of me. When I circled back around to correct my order it was already about six cars in line. McDonald’s sure has fallen off.
I ordered a number 6 breakfast meal with a large coffee. It was $6 and some change. I get home to eat my breakfast and the hashbrown was not in the bag. NO HAPPY.
