The wait was horrible with 4 cars going through the drive thru before our order was taken. (There are two drive tvrus) The employee told us tp go to the first window. We did and waited. What he meant was the 2nd window. This was about 2:30 am and were only selling breakfast, no frapps, no shakes and no chicken sandwich. This whole experience was a dusaster.
LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT ALWAYS! This is the third time and will not be a fourth! If you tell them small sides they will charge you for a medium anyway. I don't want a medium because it's too much! Too much drink, too much fries. Why continue bad practices when a customer makes it clear they don't want it? If you don't order through the app which crashes everytime I get close to the drive thru your order will be incorrect or something missing it's bad,no straws no condiments why order a cold drink and not get a straw? Come on and I noticed the screen doesn't show the orders anymore what's up with that! Not cool @McDonald's...not cool at all!
Ordered Uber eats. With specific instructions for my burger - you can see receipt in pic. Only lettuce and onions (severe allergy to dairy).Whoever made this burger either cannot read or doesn’t understand how to follow instructions. Also, no straw for my drink.
Microwave food and slow. They need updating their computer system that can't take credit cards at a certain time because the system is updating it self so it's cash only. How bogus is that?
Bro best service I've had at a McDonald's! I normally never get this good of service but David flowers has incredible customer service even at 4 in the morning. Go 1 for people that care!!!

what McDonald's used to be!freshly made food. fairly clean dining room. staff working the extra miles to keep fast service. great job guys
I come to this McDonald's a lot it's busy most of the time some of the people that work there have horrible customer service skills but they're quick to get you what you ordered but if they forgot something or it's not to your liking it takes forever to get it fixed but this is just my experience the food is always hot though.
I went through the drive through this morning. I ordered a sausage and cheese mcgriddle. I paid for my food and went to the PU window. There was an older gentleman working the window. When I pulled up, a middle aged woman in a dark grey polo shirt wit long sleeve black shirt and curly black hair was yelling at the man. He opened the window and asked my order. I stated it and she started yelling at him again, "THAT'S THE ORDER I ALREADY GAVE YOU!!" She stormed off. I felt terrible for the man. I could still hear her raised voice as she walked away. He asked me to pull around and it would be right out. I waited about 3 minutes and it never came, so I went inside and she rudely gave me my food. My heart broke for the older man. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially your elders. No breakfast is that important for someone to be chastised over. I am very disappointed in the service. No wonder it's hard to find help, and then the people who are coming to work are getting yelled at like that. It's completely unacceptable. I pray that corporate realizes and takes corrective action. I'm sure he isn't the first victim to her outburst.
I always go every day Monday- Friday and always get the same thing. A medium fresh coffee with 14 sugars and 8 cream. I'm addicted.
