I can see that the place is excellent. To be honest, I did breakdown, place my first order. I had the pleasure of ordering two pies; now the veggie pizza was delicious and wow! Can't forget the pepperoni.Well cut, and on point spices. All in all, the service and food top shelf

Pizza was good, but the delivery driver was extremely rude. I think his name was Ronnie? the previous time I ordered he almost dropped all the food on me, and this time he knocked once before walking back down the stairs. when I opened the door he yelled up from the stairs “YOU WANT YOUR PIZZA??? I KNOCKED LIKE A MILLION TIMES!!”. Like I would understand his frustration if that were true, but I literally walked from the bedroom to the front door. sorry I don’t teleport I guess?Oh also, I had selected no contact delivery both times.

The pizza was very well crafted. Savory taste of every bite. Will order again. #1 new pizza place

We were big fans of Marco's in SoCal. It was some of the best pizza, serving generous meaty portions by friendly, knowledgable staff. This Gainesville location ain't it.Not even close.I had to disturb the girl sitting in the booth to order a pizza. She was not happy, said very little and I could barely hear her. I felt more like an imposition than a customer. The ground beef topping was so small and scant. The mushrooms came out if a can vs. fresh at the SoCal Marco's.The delivery drivers were bustin' their hump and deserved a fat tip. God bless them.We will not be returning.

I ordered a pizza and the cinnamon squares, my pizza came overcooked and hard and the cheese was gritty, hardly any sauce and the cinnamon squares were hard and the “icing” was absolutely awful. I wish I could go back in time and save myself the money.

Well it was a pizza.i gave it 3 on the basis of the product only.wich is generous. the ratio of toppings an sauce were good not sure why sauce is lacking other than it mite be prepackaged for that size of pizza.and theyre being cheap.if I had to give a star on service hell I would have to erase stars and replace with negative symbols nothing to be proud of .but it was still better than slice. so if ya gotta have a pizza and if gustavo's, atlas, mellow mushroom, pizza hut, papa johns, domino's,little ceasars.and you can't buy a frozen red baron.then yes I recomend marco's.

For the area I live in, Marcos is the best, inexpensive chain pizza delivery to be had. The others are either poor quality, poor customer service, or are always having some glitches preventing ordering. In contrast, Marcos is reasonably priced, consistently tasty, and has good customer service. Food arrives hot and on time (if not earlier than ETA). I'm done giving the others a chance, from now on I'll stick with Marcos. I just wish they had a stuffed crust, that's all.

Good price. Pizza size was very big. Excellent.

Even though I have difficulty walking I normally go inside a restaurant to pick up my order. Unfortunately I was having a high pain day and so I clicked on the option for "Curbside Pickup."After I clicked on the "I have arrived" link, I waited a few minutes. Three of the four employee's (that I could see) looked right at me & not one of them could be bothered bring the pizza out. Even though I was the only customer in the establishment neither of the two uniformed employees appeared to want to help. The next time I'm in this area I'll try the Flowery Branch location if I want Marco's Pizza.Aside from the lack of customer service it was also the worst pizza I've ever tasted. Even though I looked at the pizza before leaving the parking lot I couldn't tell until I got back to the house that the order wasn't correct. I asked for white sauce to be added and the red sauce left off. There was NO Sauce on the pizza at all and the crust tasted stale. This franchise in Gainesville, GA definitely did not live up to the quality and taste I've come to expect from Marco's Pizza.

This place has gone down hill! The food was ok, but lacking flavor. You had to order a bottle of soda or a 2-liter. The soda station was completely gone! We asked for cups & straws, no straws, the cups they gave us 4-ozs at best! What a shame. We'll just continue to go to Pazzi's on Dawsonville Hwy from now on.
