Me and my husband and boys went for the 1st here my brother recommended it we live in Duluth And it was a great place to have breakfast everything was fresh and tasted great not sure who the gentleman was but when we got up to pay the cashier told us it was on the gentleman not sure what name it was but we were very great ful for his gesture and appreciated it! Will be back soon to try their lunch! And of course breakfast again!
This restaurant has a variety of southern food that taste delicious! You go through a line and choose the food that appeals to your taste. You can get a salad, soup, dessert, fresh vegetables, fried fish, fried chicken, pork chops, Mexican cornbread, and the list goes on and on!!! You choose the portion size. The servers here are truly awesome! They have mastered southern hospitality, and leave you feeling like you just left your Grandma's House. If you don't get to the restaurant early, you may have difficulty parking due to the parking lot filling up. If you are not in the mood to sit down and eat, go through the drive-thru. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who want authentic southern food served with southern hospitality.
Every time i pass through Gainesville I stop at the Longstreet Café. They have a very wide variety of southern food on a serve yourself line. I always get more than i should because I want to try it all. The service is good and the food excellent. If you like southern cooking, this is the place. Like going home to Mama.

First time there. Food was really good. Long wait in line to get in though.Update...went for our 2nd time today looking forward to fried chicken breast but when we arrived at 1:15pm they were out. Backup food was good but not what we went there for. Disappointing.
Lots of choices of home cooked food! When I'm craving veggies and whatever meat to go along with a good meal that I don't have to cook myself
The drive thru was fast and breeze. The food was good!! I was surprised how fast we got our food. The grits were good. Of course the regular add salt pepper ans butter... they were thoroughly cooked through. The biscuit that came with the platter was good as well!! I wish they gave some jelly with it. Maybe you can ask for some ? I definitely recommend this place.
Delicious. Great experience. Food was well prepared and hot. Good portions for the money. I certainly recommend this concept of dining. Much to choose from regardless to your taste. Great selection of foods to choose. I had a GREAT Experience. Go check out Longstreet Cafe.
I come too Longstreet occasionally on this particular day I order two biscuits and gravy one with sausage gravy one without sausage gravy just plain whit gravy they gave me them both with sausage gravy I contacted the store and a female I spoke too told me to just come up and tell them they messed up on my order and they will replace it…. I went there today an explained what happen the owner or manager I am sure who he was got on the headset and was rude and shrude and did not take accountability for their mistake with my order… very poor customer service and they need too do better
Great place for Country Cooking and family environment. They do cantering and have the best sweet tea in town!!!
