I travel all over the country in the search of great steaks and this place is still my go-to -favorite! Service is excellent, we were seated right away, our server Addie had the bread on the table the moment we sat down, and of course the kitchen just outdid themselves on the speed and quality of food! Great job everyone, and big thanks to Addie for 5 star service and attention to detail ❤️
My daughter and I frequented the Commerce LongHorn's before moving to Gainesville. We trust the LongHorn Standard to be consistent across the board, which was wishful thinking.The Gainesville location is absolutely ghastly with the most inept and rude servers that make Waffle House look like a benchmark. When I called to speak to a manager about why we walked out after ordering food, the manager was beyond apathetic and basically treated me like a garden variety thorn in her side.We left because:1. My hot tea went cold before the server returned with a spoon.2. We had to help the person delivering the appetizers, asking us to "pull it out of her hand" as she stated "be careful they're super hot"...?!3. We received appetizers but were not given plates to eat them on.4. The server still hadn't returned with a spoon.I refuse to pay high-dollar for a meal that is served in a ridiculous manner to the point that I cannot even eat it. I'm not going to patronize a restaurant that the manager defends when the service is literally repelling.
This one gets a three star rating for the following reasons. We had a party of 7. We only had to wait for 20 minutes before getting a table. We all placed our orders at the same time, but for some reason my wife's food was not made, then when they brought it out it did not have the correct items on the plate. We were treated nicely by the manager on duty, and that meal was taken off our bill. The food was great as expected.
I would like to Thank the whole staff who was there on Saturday. We celebrated our Moms 81birthday! The wait staff Jennifer and sorry remember the other lady name was amazing. We had a small hiccup the lights went out in the building but they kept it going like true professionals. The food was excellent and service was incredible. This is the favorite restaurant in Gainesville!
Great meal, great service. It was a bit of a wait,but well worth it. I loved the addition of the strawberry(fruit)spinach salad.
Very Accommodating to our large group who wanted to dine together for my Granddaughter's birthday! Texas Roadhouse was not! Great experience!
Came in with a very large party for my son’s 10th birthday party Kaitlin handled our table with complete ease and positivity! We were so pleased with her service. Thank you for making a great evening even better!
Our waitress was also the bartender, i believe she also had a trainee with her. At least i think a trainee, he took our order and checked on us. Overall he did a good job but my main order was a salad, it came out before everything, including our appetizer.. they took it back, brought it with the other meal and i could tell that it just sat in the window. My what was supposed to be a cold strawberry pecan (no chx) salad was warm..The service was on point and I'll definitely be back, i just don't want a warm salad next time.
Our waitress was friendly and our service was good. The food wasn't the best and not entirely worth the price we paid, but it was okay.
It was a typical LongHorn steakhouse service was average but not prompt. Staff was friendly but slightly disorganized, just a little. Steak was cooked as I wanted. But asked for 8oz steak got 6oz waitress got it mixed up. Other then that no complaints.
