I love Krystal and eat there fairly regularly. But, I’m taking a break until they decide to start giving you what you pay for. I ordered a medium order of fries and my photo would imply they gave me a small order that was only half full. I already pay the increased prices (not their fault), but don’t add shrinkflation to the mix and cut the portion as well. The next time I visited I ordered a large fry. It was nearly $3 and they still only filled the box half way. I’ve encountered a couple of really nice staff there, but I have also experienced some rude staff that would imply that you are inconveniencing them and I wouldn’t dare tell them to fill up my fries. It just easier and less trouble to spend my money somewhere else.*Update 5/9/22: I decided to go back and the service was improved and the portion was much improved. Thanks to the owner for stepping in and improving the situation.
We got our order in a timely manner and the order was correct and hot but the cashier was not very friendly. Almost made me feel like we was a bother to him.

This is probably the best Krystal I believe I have ever gone too!! Food is always pretty much spot on and the customer service is great!!
Running the back roads of Georgia, like smokey&bandit love to see a Krystal. Little burgers and chili is the best. I see that BIDENflation has gotten to the prices. Thx Joe. But the food was good and reasonable drive thru speed in 2021

Disgusted now... Chicken strips weren't cooked well and burgers absolutely disgusting I think I will sue.
Staff was great! Food was fresh. Enjoyed it.
