Manager was out walking her dogs that she had in her car . We weighted over 20 min to put our order in and she was very rude. I will not go back to this one .
It's a well run franchise location (it's a good Krystal). The Krystal in my town shutdown and I didn't know they had new fries. They are alright just wasn't expecting them.
They still have great little burgers ours was cooked to order and fresh, however I feel like 12 crystals should be under $10 not over 13
This meal was absolutely amazing! The best experience I have ever had at a Krystal! The food was extremely hot around three pm and very tasty.
Had some great tasting little burgers and I got to eat inside. Staff was also super friendly.

I ordered 4 chili pups and they gave me 24 chili pups when they saw I had on scrubs. My fellow night shift nurses thank you for our unexpected feast.Also, this parking lot has a weird design. It’s kind of inconvenient, but 24 pups!
The manager took my order she was very friendly and our order was correct and as we got our food and went outside to the truck to leave she came out with some of the food that we had forgot and another bag very impressed and very happy.
As always we ate till we were sick! So good it's hard to stop and the Krystals seem to multiply !
Servers are GHETTO and totally unprofessional!! Don't bring your business here with the rude staff!!I'm getting yelled at by the cashier to move up but someone is already parked in front of me. Why do they have to treat people so rude? This store needs to take some anger management classes!!!!
