Great Food and Service Tabatha Always Make's it a Pleasure to Eat There She's Always Smiling and Happy ??
Guy in drive-thru was super awesome friendly and funny had no problem letting us take our time deciding
Absolutely horribly dry chicken, not crispy, total waste of $33 and change
When I told them I was missing fries they started arguing so I told them I wasn't trying to get them for free so I told the cashier I'd pay for them and when he was ringing me up he rung it up wrong and when I pointed it out he started cussing. The whole time I maintained my calm, and then our biscuits were half raw and when we told them they just gave us some more half cooked ones, I get they were probably busy but they didn't have to be so rude, I had my kids with me and that was not a nice experience, I don't think I'll be going to the Gainesville one any more
One of the worst kfcs i have ever been to. Waited at the call box for 20 minutes. Dead silence. Drive by the window and the lady looked annoyed so i just went on my way. Second time this has happened. Screw this location.
Good location. Good service.

Fresh hot buckets of chicken and good service!
The reason for this low rating is because of my experience today. I went through the drive thru around 2:30pm today. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. I was the only car in line. They told me to pull in front of the store to wait for my order. I was there for about 3 minutes before they brought my order out. I thought that was good service. When I got my chicken sandwich out of the bag, I noticed something white. OMG...it was a pound of mayo on my chicken sandwich. I kid you not. I couldn't even see the chicken for all the mayo. It was disgusting!! I like mayonnaise but I may have to give it up. If I want another chicken sandwich it will be from Popeyes or somewhere else. The 2 rating is because of the quick service and not the food.
Good place great food great people doing a good job but close the dining room to early and goof off while working too much missing a lot of opportunity and revenue.
