I was in your restaurant tonight and there was a group of teenage boys with very vulgar mouths. Every other word was the F word. They were loud enough so anyone in the restaurant could hear them. Not my kind of atmosphere.

2 females and 1 male. The night staff on March 29 at 830pm. Most disrespect, complaining, unprofessional staff that I have seen. I understand my order for was for 845. I am 20 minutes early. Instead of starting it, they comment on how much was ordered like "oh my gosh". And basically sat there counting tips untill it was closer to 845. Instead of just cooking they complained. I will never come here again.

Ordered online with pick up time of 3:45pm. Arrived on time and there was only one other customer there. Was told fries were not done would be a couple mins more, which actually turned out to be 15 mins. The employee was training a new employee and felt he was trying to impress her. I was finally given my order, which was only 2 hamburgers and Cajun fries, at 4:00 pm. Sandwiches were cold and fries were over cooked. Their employee customer service is so poor and their food is over rated.

Although the price seems high, it's always well worth it. Bang for your buck right? Always get my order right, simple as it is (Burger all the way with fries and a shake) All the employees are not only speedy, but intricate with the creation of my sandwich, making sure I never have a messy burger. Love these guys, and I'm lucky to work next to them!!!

My burger was good. However, the fries were either old or cooked in old oil. Plus, it was really expensive. For the money, I expected a lot better.

$50 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids. Waited 20 minutes and the burgers were smaller than what you could get at McDonalds for 1/3 of the price. Order was also incorrect and the staff was more concerned with their dance moves than helping customers. We won't be going back.

3 stars for purely average food.2 stars for customer service -- forgot to make the $5 milkshake. No big deal, I thought. I'll ask for a refund. First manager I spoke with who acknowledged the missing drink said only store credits could be given. Asked for who can give refunds-- turns out to be general manager who would come in the next day. No other offers to help. Called the next day, can't get through despite 3 separate times. Called the customer service who was very pleasant and took my report with promises of a refund. 8 days later, still no refund.

Me and my daughter came in, the cashier greeted us promptly and asked about the order, and she suggested us to share the fries because they were a lot of fries enough for two people, and she was right, I appreciated that. We asked for shakes, a vanilla and a bacon. The vanilla was good -it was vanilla- but the bacon was super disappointing, it tasted like vanilla with chunks of cooked bacon at the bottom. I was expecting a blended bacon shake that tasted like bacon :( well… I guess not here.We got the food correctly and in a timely manner, the only problem was the lack of salt in the meat…. yuck! Thank goodness for the little envelopes of salt available for you there. Also, the Mayonnaise tasted terrible guys! Really? My favorite condiment MAYO and it tasted like old rotten Mayo … I’m talking about the ones available at the condiments standOk ? to top all of this off, the music?? OMG so loud! All I wanted was to wrap up my burger and leave … but OK we were super hungry so we stayed. We don’t mind “ambience” music, but it was too extremely loud and I’m not joking here. I wish a Manager would read this review and take care of the issues. I might come back, but if all of this continues the same that maybe will be the last time.

Save the trouble of ordering online. Ordered online for quick pick up arrived at 6:16pm. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:17pm. Let them know picking up online order. Waited over 10 min, asked cashier what the delay was. They replied with the receipt fell on the floor soThey did not see the order, so they did not make it. It’s 6:35 pm and my order is still not ready. Just order in person you’ll get your order faster that way. What’s supposed to be easy and convenient, made everything complicated. Place was not even that busy. Wish there were more than just one location.

Never disappoints. I can taste the freshness in everything. This is the only place that i know for sure does not freeze their patties and cuts their potatoes every morning. The facility looks clean always. And the Staff is always quick to attend and very helpful.
