I was here 3 weeks ago and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! The girl who I guess was in charge "she was screaming and cussing that she was in charge" was so rude to the other employees and had no concern what so ever for the guest while the person making my food had on a string tank top and no bra ?but the food was still on point so I went back just now and I'm glad I did!!! The young man and lady tonight were so polite and quick taking care of mine and my husband's order. The store was so clean and we will be back just because of them!!! If the service was like last time we had decided we would never be back no matter how good the food. I'm glad management took care of problem and it's customer's!!!
Just ordered from here. I got a turkey bacon ranch. No ranch on my sandwich. Would have been nice to have that considering it’s one of the ingredients within the sandwich’s name lol I order Uber eats pick up so unable to go get this fixed as I ordered delivery bc I’m unable to leave right now. It’s just annoying. Normally I don’t care mistakes happen, whatever but I’m on a budget like many and I finally splurge one time to get something I usually can’t treat myself to, and it’s not even what I wanted so yeah not real pleased right now.
When my order is correct I love it and they haven't let me down yet
The website shows that they are open until 9:00 pm on Sunday but they were closed at 7:25. We were going to do subs so that I didn't have to cook dinner. Looks like I'm cooking...and saying no when my hubby asks about going there again. Bye bye Firehouse. I'd give you a zero if I could.

Me and my mother ate at firehouse today, the one on108 Dallas Dr Commerce, GA 30529 and it was DISGUSTING the sub was really good but the inside of the restaurant looked like really nasty, it was so messy, the trash cans are full, the bathroom was dirty, water on the bathroom floor, in the kitchen it smelled really grossed I don’t know if it was like mop water smell and the floors were very dirty nobody was cleaning or sweeping the floor. I've clean the table with the Lysol wipes that I have in my purse and the wipe was super dirty the tables were not clean!! I've felted really gross. We had to stay cause we already bought our subs. But the place was disgusting. We heard the lady making a sandwiches we heard her sneezed but I didn’t saw her if she covered her mouth and we are in a pandemic Covid 19 we are going through in the world she was wearing gloves though but I don't think I want to eat out again. IT WAS SO MESSY and and gross! She also toke a very long time making our sandwiches to! Probably not eating out again
Just went their to grab a Beef and cheddar brisket for lunch and a giant roach ran between me and a woman standing in line. That is a big nope. Won't be back to this location.
That was quite literally the BEST firehouse sandwich I have ever eaten... and I've eaten at ALOT of firehouses! Everything about it was delicious!! We usually go to Oakwood but we will be coming here from now on. 10 out of 10. Cant say enough good things.
Placed an ubereats order here, never received the chips I paid for, in addition to one of my sandwiches just being 100% wrong and inedible for my child.Attempted to call but can't seem to get anyone to answer to maybe fix this. Wish I could get just a crumb of customer service
