I used to like this location better than the other one in Gainesville, but now both of them are equally bad. Whenever I order on the app 50% of the time an item is missing last week it was my blueberry donut. I thought it was because I’m going through the drive thru but nah. I tried carry out and my drink wasn’t even made. I guess it’s fine if you order on site, but I want the rewards points! The drive thru has this nasty bump where you order and the speed bump at the drive thru window is humongous. Then if I want to drive past the drive thru line it is way too narrow. This parking lot was designed very poorly.On another note they replaced their ramp with stairs?? Excuse me how do people with wheelchairs go in?Edit: I heard they are looking for me! They can’t stand that I stand up for handicap people!!!
I order from this Dunkin Donuts all the time , the only complaint is the drive through line. If they are super busy you are out in the main highway and cars are flying past you and people are beeping at you because you are in the highway waiting. The drive through sucks, the parking lot is super small!!! They need to figure something out to make the drive through experience better.
Great customer service, friendly staff , always at your service , manager is very polite..!! I highly reccomend this location..!!

Great food and service. Would have given it 5 stars but the parking & entrance/exit at this particular location is a nightmare.
This place is awful the drinks I ordered tasted as if some one put something in it, the manager was very rude her name is Victoria and a couple of the coworkers were very unprofessional. I will never stop at this location again and I will not recommend it to anyone

The manager here is awful, hiring the worst teens to take orders and handle food. The shift leader is rude. Anytime I go inside, I see the workers eating and drinking. Not working. Half of the time the front door is locked.
I work at this Dunkin & the last reviews were a lie. The frozen & latte machines are up & running. We do not lock the doors during normal business hours & the manager is the best manager you can have! She’s super flexible with YOUR schedule, we had a worker who let her know she couldn’t work 3 days before the day she was schedule to work, keep in mind that the schedule was made the Friday prior so she still had a week to let our manager know & she didn’t, & she wasn’t a good worker either. So don’t believe those reviews. I’ve worked at many places and have never had a manger so understanding and the place is actually run well….
THE DOORS ARE ALWAYS LOCKED??? I went to go enjoy a donut during business hours and the worker had the door locked. Plus they need a break room, I always see the workers eating in the kitchen, I asked and they said they don’t have a break room.
