They refused to make my frozen coffee lactose free for allergy reasons (not able to use oat milk or almond in machine)I get it but there needs to be drinks for lactose intolerant people too! Very upsetting bc I would come here all the time for my oat milk frozen coffee and now looks like Starbucks will be the ones to fulfill my needs .
Love this place. They have a few people that gets my order correct to where I come in and they know my order . Second family . 1 thing I didn’t like today was a man came in looked homeless and was touching everything that’s not a good look at all! Luckily I got my order done before he touched things because no deal . Roy my best coworker there . He deserves a raise the way he been going! Make him a leader !
Hard chicken for the croissants, couldn’t even break it. Forgot my wrap also, and rude manager. Time before this I ordered a cream cheese bagel toasted and was given a cold bagel with no cheese. Not going back to this location!
I placed a mobile order to pickup inside the door on my way to work. They locked the doors and I had to go through the drive through. That took forever and caused me to be late to work. Don't go to this Dunkin Donuts. I know I'm done going there
I will never go back to this Dunkin!! Entered the facility, walked up to the counter, young girl was standing away from the counter. I was the only customer in line. She paces back and forth on her cell phone, looks up sees me, walks up to the counter (still on her cell phone), continues to text on her phone, never looks back at me until she is thru texting, about 2mins later. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She never says can I help you, mutters something and then just looks at me. Never says thank you, have a nice day, she literally takes my order, my money and hands me my change and food.
Previously, I would stop here everyday and my coffee would be made perfectly! Now, a simple Carmel Craze Latte can never be made correctly! I’ll just go to the Dunkin on Thompson Bridge Rd.
Holy... i just went to this Dunkin for the first time and ordered an iced matcha latte and it was literally all ice.. I was curious how much drink was actually there. I had already taken 2 sips and some of the ice melted before experimenting, but I dumped out the drink, then the ice just to check. There was maybe 7-8 oz of actual drink and I had ordered a medium. Uhhh did I just pay $5 for a cup of ice...? The extra star is because the staff was friendly. Didn't have time to go back and talk to them about my order because I was in the drive thru and had to go back to work, but never got this ripped off at another Dunkin smh
Black coffee original blend is king here! This location is the best around the area! The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. The ground is level!!! If you stick around the area, you will know what this means. The parking lot is big enough but the drive through is in the tough spot depending on how you enter the lot (South entrance).
Marquise is a gem. He spoke to this little boy with such warmth and respect. Very courteous and competent.
Worst dunkin experience ever from 30 minutes to be stuck in drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me and eventually a jam pack of cars behind me. Wrong orders given but I had to go. Just from them being unprofessional with how dirty it looked in there from just a drive thru point of view.
