This has got to be the best Domino's Pizza location( Thompson Bridge Rd) Our pizzas are always correct, hot and awesome. The staff is always polite and in good spirits. We will only go to this location so we now have to pick up our pizza because when they opened one up on Dawsonville Highway that became our delivery store and it just can't touch the quality we get at the Thompson Bridge Rd store. I only wish there was more than 5 stars to give them. Thank you for the amazing pizzas. We'll be back soon.
Bout the best pizza spot in the area. I mean the Pizza Hut in browns bridge rd is the worst spot I’ve ever been to the pizza is always dry and the delivery service sucks. They never make it in time and they sometimes forget about placing your order and you have to call customer service for your money back. But this dominos is always on the spot quick and fast service and the delivery drivers are insanely fast very good work and service worth any tip higher than 5
We ordered online at 7:00 they finally called us at 8:30 and said there was a 2 1/2 hour wait for delivery’s. They said come in and get it and we will have it done in 20 mins. I arrived paid 78.00 for pizza and then they said hold on after 5 mins they said it would be another 30 mins to pick up my order they haven’t made it yet. I understand being under staffed but then don’t lie to me over and over about when it will be done. I am now sitting waiting and it’s 9:17. Never again Will I order from here and we eat at least 100.00 a month.
My husband went shopping for about an hour after I came home from working all day. Both of us too tired to cook we decided to get dominoes. I placed an order online to pay cash on arrival since he only had cash and no card at the time. The total came up to $40 something. He had a $50 and $10 bill. He proceeded to pay in cash and they would not accept a $50 bill. He said he couldnt pay in any other way. The pizzas were already made. He instead went to Burger King. which is still good but not what we were wanting.
Hate that it's true, but this domino's is really a bad, bad place. If you're ordering from this domino's, you've probably realized they simply do not care about you. You'll miss parts of your order, you'll try to call, then when you finally get a response, you may be threatened with a call from the police. Poor service, but you'll most likely get your order canceled. They don't really care as they're the only solution this far out.
Slow and unprofessional.. No gloves as they are making the pizza dough. Walking in front of store with dough in hand. Four people saw us and ignored us as we waited. And driver walking around with a dirty looking jacket placing it on counter. That says a lot about hygiene and health protocols.
Waited 1:41 for our pizza. When it arrives it was cold. Called the store and they asked was this not the time quoted on the tracker. First of all no it wasn't, was quoted 61 minutes. Secondly I didn't order cold pizza.
After giving this place so many chances and being let down, tonight was the final straw. I used the app and ordered at 6:45. At 7:30 I received a call from the store saying my order was on the way. At 7:50 the app said it was delivered, but nothing. At 8:05, I called the store and was told my pizza was 10 minutes away. 8:30 still nothing so I called again. I was told that my pizza would be there in less than 5 minutes and that they remade my order because of the time I waited. When I asked if I would be refunded my money, I was told that I could either have the pizza or my money back. I took my money back and that is the last time, we will ever order from there.
Ordering Domino's online is quick, simple, easy, and affordable. This is why we place an order once a week. The Thompson Bridge location’s employees are always friendly. With having a big family, our order it's always big and they do an amazing job.
