I arrived on time and was told my order was not ready, to drive around the building and maybe give 7 more minutes. I waited 14 minutes later to go to the drive up window and it was just coming out of the oven. What's the deal?Waited 15 minutes past my time given to me on the order confirmation! Asked for discount for compensation and of course I was given the same line everyone is using these days...we are short staffed. I am sick of hearing it. I simply want to be given service I am paying for! I also suggested that they might adjust their times on their online ordering system and was told they could not control when people ordered.Really?!!!
Ordered a large hand-tossed deluxe pizza. Crust is dry and dark brown (cooked too long), barely any toppings, only pepperoni. Used to order from Pizza Hut on Thompson Bridge but they got closed, so decided to try this Domino’s. No more.
I've had pizza from here and it was good but NOT this time. Pizza was too done burnt in some places not to mention no sauce. Wanted to try the cheesy marina dip mostly cheese and hardly any in the pan. Called and got my money back. Was not happy
By far, my number one choice after work to grab a quick meal and having it ready ahead of time. Usally no wait time, but last Sunday it was a different store there was only one guy operating the whole store; keep in mind it was 3-4 pm, which is truly disappointing. It's disappointing that 1 guy was operating the whole store when I walked in. He had over 7 online orders. Like come on, Dominos, you have to treat ur employees better than that. Also, the employees sometimes can have a bad attitude like they are annoyed. I usually catch on to this when I order carbide delivery and ask them for plates or sauce. They give a face that makes u feel unwelcomed. But either than the customer service, the food is always good and warm; ready to be eaten all the time
Tried to order from domino's and because we are on the wrong side of the tracks they won't deliver. I feel that they should stop discriminating and not punish everyone for a few peoples actions. Not everyone is the same.
I ordered a pizza online for delivery and had an Uber pick it up. I received a burnt pizza. I called to question the quality control. That pizza never should have been sent out. I called to inform the manager of my unsatisfactory quality. I was told that I would receive credit and all I would have to do was give any manager on duty my phone number. A week later I called up there to order another pizza and to use the credit I had I was told that there was no manager there by that name and that there was no credit. Alex the General Manager told me it wasn't his problem that his associates lied and acted like they were managers and sometimes that what is needed for unsatisfied customers and that I can complain all I want in an email or over the phone all complaints come to him anyway. I will never order from this location again. The inside is unsanitary and due to what is all going on with Covid they should be taking precautions when preparing food. They should use gloves and wear face masks and they don't. I was told by the general manager they have a right not to wear masks and wear gloves. They leave that up to their associates.
Made an online order before they opened, the pizza and stuffed bread was excellent and HOT! After my experience with their competition last week, I just had to call the restaurant to thank them!! Brian was a bit confused about my calling to give a compliment!! Thanks again for filling my coworkers and my belly!! And thanks for the free food!!
Consistently gets our order right, window pick-up is super fast and convenient, and the produce and ingredients used are always delicious and top quality.
Been waiting on a large pepperoni pizza for over 2 hours now and still haven't received my food called the restaurant was told my food was out for delivery. Its been 20 minutes now and i life 10 minutes away. I have tried to call the store and they keep hanging up on me. I can't even keep anyone on the phone to get my money back they have already charged my card do Not get food from here if you actually would like to eat your food before its cold.
No respect for the customer. After waiting two hours called with my complaint , spoke and was hung up on.tThen was called immediately back and told I will take my delivery from a domino’s employee. After communicating that I wanted a refund. Mind you pizza is still not delivered. And did not at this point want my order. When the order was first placed it was 55-65 min window . Called after that passed and then was told me it would be 45 mins . Both time hacks where not met. The employs and assistant manger were disc respective , The General manger seemed like he had no control over his store or the quality of work it produced. While he was speaking to me on the phone you could here his employees heckling in the back ground. Completely unprofessional. He did say he was able to refund, the order and I never received any order .
