Horrible service. Ordered five large pizza for 4:45. Did the order on the website at 1:00.When we got there they had just started on the order and tried to tell us we placed the order too late - uhh no.When they finally got the order ready it was 4 MEDIUM pizza, not large.And their attitude was “oops”.At least I got a refund.
I usually order from the location in Gainesville on dawsonville hwy. I was on my way home from Walmart and decided to stop in for a pasta dish for dinner. Unfortunately that location made the wrong dish. I got home and called they offered me a future pasta dish at no additional charge. Well today I contacted them and I’m out of there delivery area. So they contacted me back. He transferred Everything over to my closer location and the store was already making it and getting it out the door. I’m very appreciative it was. No hassle
I ordered 2lg -3 topping pizzas.1all cheese barely had any cheese, 2nd.beef & cheese again not much cheese . Again this happens quite often. Do they think people don't notice when they do not add the cheese for a 3-topping???
Almost an hour after ordering for delivery, my food still had not arrived. I called the store & the guy who answered said the delivery must have been delivered to the wrong house !?! He sent out a new order to me but the pizza was barely warm & almost burned on the bottom. I didn't call again to complain because he didn't seem to care that my first order never got here so why bother ? My last Dominos order!?
This store is bad and getting WORSE! Called after an hour and was told the pizza was in the oven, AND, they only have one driver. Will never use Domino's again!
Bad service all around. Had to cancel order to not being delivered and associate hung up on me.
Food was stuck in quality check for over an hour. Which means my food was ready an hour before it left the store. When I finally got my food, it was cold and had mushrooms on one of the pizzas (I hate mushrooms and would never out them on my pizza). Needless to say, I should have listened to the other reviews and stayed away from this Domino's. The reviews over the last few months speak for themselves. Don't buy pizza from here unless you want over priced, cold, poor quality food.

The absolute worst Domino's around. I've called 4 times to get pizza delivered and 3 of the 4 times they would not deliver. The final and last time was tonight and it's been well over an hour and a half with no pizza. I've no idea if they can get the order right or if the foods and good because the service is so bad. I will not order from there again for any reason
