It has been several years since I have been to a Del Taco. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and quality of the food. The employees were very friendly and helpful and the service was quick. Drive thru and dining room are both open. Plenty of free parking available and restaurant is conveniently located on hwy 53 in Gainesville.
It's Del Taco. It's great.The only N GA location better, in my opinion, is the Buford store for their amazing staff... But that takes nothing away from the Gainesville location.
Terrible! Our first time to try Del Taco. Stick with Taco Bell. Not that french fries go with a Mexican meal, but they were undercooked and tasted more like cardboard. Tacos and burrito okay. Soft drinks weak and watered down. How do two small fast food combos total $18+? Could have gone to a sit down Mexican and had combo plates for a few dollars more.
Food is decent , more tomatoes on the tacos would be nice, they give like 4 peices per taco.Prices are kinda high , snack quesadilla was 89 cents now its 1.59! Also they charge 1.00 each for extra cheese per taco ?..
Went in to lobby today for 4 tacos waited 30 minutes. Unfortunately the lady that took my order had a terrible attitude I asked for a refund so I could leave not a good experience. Was told that people are waiting longer than me, lol.
Very disappointed. My mom ordered the two taco salads (one chicken and one beef). There was hardly any meat on either of them. I also found a long blonde hair in the chicken one. We ended up throwing both away. A waste of $12. This was our first and last time ordering anything here.
Impressed with this place. We have been here a few times and so far orders have been spot on. I know the last time I was here there were only two people working. I started out kind of mad because it was taking forever to get through the drive-thru after a long day at work and ready to be home. After realizing why it was so slow I calmed down and when it was my turn to pick up in line I realized they were doing things right and not just quick and sloppy to get things done.Keep up the great customer service.
Always great service and friendly staff. Tons of choices and it's always a quality experience. The other major taco chain seriously needs to step it up in comparison
Flavors are so much better than Taco Bell, a more variety of selections and customer service was good. We did have to wait a bit to order.
so we went there today around 2:00 and full amount of time to get order that's cooked to order! but then when we got our food we had like dog hair all over the bag and dog hair in my tacos so I wasn't even like worried about trying to order any more food or trying to get a refund ! I just left !
