Wait times aren't too bad, customer service is okay. Very upset they don't make the oreo frappe anymore!

I will start off by saying the employees here are a joke. The young lady working DT wants to rush you through . then when you look at your reciept and tell her your missing items. Yall this child tried charging me $16.18. For 2 chili cheese hot dogs. I ask her if that was correct and shhe smiled and say yes. Then looked back at the POS system and said my bad $6.18 . the manager at this store needs to check his employees. My food was cold. How you wait for 30 minutes and your food come out ice cold.
The service was good, and the ice cream was delicious.
We placed an order and the older was not correct and the biscuits that we received or barely warm to cold maybe we'll be better next time
I ordered chicken bites and after I said I wanted no fries, not the basket, they run up a basket anyway.I just checked the balance of my gift card. It is fully loaded. I tried using it and asked the cashier if it had been accepted. He checked the order and said it had. I paid the balance on a debit card. Looking at the receipt, it ALL went to the debit card. He took it to someone in the back and came back saying there was nothing they could do, "sorry".
Got two Reese Pieces and cookie dough blizzards one large one med, about half way home realized the bottom half of both our blizzards was ice cream only. So disappointed. Next time I will wait to go to the one near my home. If we weren't so far away we would have gone back.

Heath blizzard wit fudge all day baybeeee!And they let me use there outside sockets even after they closed. Brought Lincoln burgers and chicken.Very nice of them to do so!.
We love DQ and the employees are great the food is great and the blizzard's are the bomb
