The order was messed up. The food wasn't what I ordered. My order came up first and it was wrong. Then my daughter-laws and daughters. The person who took the order was rude. Then for some reason she locked the doors so no other customers could come in. To spend $28.00 was ridiculous for such lousy food. The first couple of times it was very good. After yesterday's experience, it would be doubtful I would return. LOUSY FOOD, LOUSY SERVICE, VERY UNFRIENDLY. ???
This place is horrible. It took the staff 3 times on my order and my buddies order to get right under staff and not a whole lot of places to sit Will Not Come Back
This review is for Chris. He's the person I get most often when I go through the drive thru, and he is so rude! He seems to always be acting VERY erratic, if you know what I mean.He shouted at me last time for asking to add on a side when I got to the window. And continued to yell at everyone working with him in the kitchen. The same thing happened tonight, unfortunately. He's not friendly to paying customers or the other staff members. I feel bad for them every time I see Chris there. Anyways, food wise, it's mostly good! I love their quesadillas... I just wish customer service was better.
Went to Cook Out in Oakwood. Was disappointed in the quality. The burger patty was Krystal burger small, four onion rings, okra was clumped together and overcooked. Would not recommend.
Oakwood cook out: burgers were small frozen patties just like what they sell at Walmart. Buns were dry and stiff. Chili cheese fries were good, but you don't get many. Chicken wrap was ok. It had a small squirt of ranch on it. A small sprinkle of cheese with a few pieces of lettuce. Chicken itself didn't taste too bad.
Burger was not cooked literally ice cold, the fries had way to much seasoning couldn’t even eat them, and I also had to wait over 30 minutes to get food terrible service. Thanks to queen and his cooks?
I don't get the appeal of this place. I hadn't been in a year or so and won't be back anytime soon. I've seen sausage patties bigger than the burger. Fries were stale and no taste. The cheese bites were good but got maybe 6 or 7. The sweet tea was just sugar. The service was good but that's all.
This place odd just meh. Wasn’t particularly clean and the food was decent. They do have some great pricing though.

Burger would of been great too… I think you guys just cooked it on too high if a temp so it cooked the outside faster then the inside. Also, I wish I would get more of the sides I ordered then the little bit I got. didn’t even get to eat my burger.
