This place was great! First time and will be back. Atmosphere, the people, and food were great. Had the bacon double cheeseburger with fries it was perfect.

Hamburger was good but definitely prefer hot dogs over the hamburger. Cole slaw is awesome. The staff is great. It's one of my most favorite places to eat in Gainesville. They also have great shakes. Their French fries are similar to five guys fries. They are really good. I don't think this place has sny bad tasting food here!!!! I gave it 5 stars!!

The food was great!I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the burger because it was amazing. This place is an old-time charm. However, I did not like that they close at 3pm every day but Friday. I wish the staff was a little nicer.

1st visit and will be back. Great burgers, fries, and shakes. Extremely busy lunch rush but wait wasn't that bad. Waitress was great and awesome personality.

I’ve never been there before. Never noticed it. Until a Friend was talking about it. So i wanted to go there and try it out! And I don’t regret eating there. In fact I’d go again. Open most days until 3pm. For a place that serves good food isn’t open for dinner. They have hand spun milkshakes in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. And it’s worth it! Thick too. Fresh burgers. You can order half fries or full. Half is good to share. They have chili’s dogs, slaw dogs, chilies fries. It’s located on the Gainesville square. Go there yourself and get a something toEat. It’s a 50s style dinner.

We always love coming to Collegiate Grill, the burgers are so good and the slaw on the burgers it just makes it amazing, we keep coming back for more. Wish they had more on the menu, but I think that being able to perfect a few things and make them delicious sometimes better than having a bunch of stuff and just having it be adequate.I know they mainly stayed open during the day, but I wish they'd be open for dinner sometimes.

Cozy vintage hamburger grill with the best tasting hamburgers and fries this side of the Mississippi!

First time going there! A friend said The place is awesome. So I took her word for it and decided to go there for lunch. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. The burger was very good! Juicy. You can order half order fries or full. Fresh. Tried the milkshake. It is really good. Thick. The restaurant has a 50s vibe. They play 50s music playing. Bar seating also available. Love this place and the food!! I will be back. It’s located on the Gainesville square. Come on by and enjoy the 50s decade and atmosphere.

They were so busy and only saw 2 waitresses. Yet they were on top of there game never waited on anything being seated, order taken , refills, food! As for the food PERFECT my family and I will be back

Had two food firsts here that hands down exceed my expectations. A chopped steak sandwich that was cooked to perfection and grilled onions as a side.. curiosity forced my hand on the latter and im glad she did they were expertly carmelized with just a teeny bit of burnt pieces to add to the flavor. Just one more of many places at which know ill be a semi regular.
