Went through the drive-through. We had fast service.. Our chicken was so delicious, we went back the next day for more
My family and I ordered a family for 8 this evening. As I ordered I was informed, in extremely rude manner, that the location that I was at did not serve biscuits and the family meal nor does it come with the 2 one half gallon gallon drinks as advertised ALL OVER THE BUILDING!!!My husband had raved about how wonderful the food was from here when he had it previously, but this time we both agreed that it was a waste of $50. The chicken was extremely bland and so greasy that if it had been near an open flame it would have burned for days. The same with the fries. The corn on the cob was just mush on the cob. The only half way decent thing was the mashed potatoes. This is the first time I have ever felt the need to get online and post a bad review concerning anything, it was that bad. I mean how are you supposed to split 2 ears of corn between 8 people? The math does not work out. I had to purchase extra sides, because apparently when you order for a family of 8 meal, you only mean 2 and you rip off the consumer.Have you ever heard the phrase that for every happy customer you gain only one more, but for every unhappy customer you lose ten? Well, I'm not happy. As a matter of fact I am disgusted that I wasted all of that money on something that was supposed to be a treat for my family, but turned out to be a large and expensive disappointment.
The food was fresh and hotHowever I did have to park, but I don't mind the wait if I can get fresh food. The only probably I had was the guy in drive thru seemed irritated and having a bad day so the service wasn't very friendly. Hopefully next time we will get a little more friendly service.
I wish I would have taken pics but remember when we thought the drive thru was packed when there was 3 or 4 cars ahead of you? What do you think now with the cars wrapped the building and out of the parking lot and down the rd not just Chik Fil A anymore for now this is our new normal church's was packed but s always great chicken
The only Church's Chicken that I have ever visited that doesn't serve the honey flavored biscuit's. They refuse to take the item off the drive through menu. And they are supposed to substitute a dinner roll but good luck even getting one of those. Finally, there are other items on their menu, like mac and cheese, they do not have??
So far of the chicken sandwich war Churches comes in a close 2nd. Only to Chick-fil-A. I liked Churches chicken sandwich better than Popeyes or Zaxby's.chicken sandwich.
No biscuits! The spicy fried chicken was fried a bit too much- more than crunchy, it was a but hard to chew. Original chicken was right on though.
Our go to place for fried chicken. They always make it so good every time specifically this particular location. I took out a star bc their employees are never on the same page. They tell me different rules everytime i come. Cuz I only order all chicken legs and they don’t have the hot sauce anymore so i have to go buy it myself. I also agree with the other reviewer that they should remove the things on the menu if they don’t offer anymore, e.g. honey biscuits.
10 piece leg and thigh. $10.99 price not bad chicken was good. Want to try livers and gizzard next time.
My go to place when I don't feel like cooking. I love my chicken livers. Church's knows exactly how to cook them. Crispy but not overcooked or dried out. And done fresh, so they are perfect every time
