Staff was polite however they seemed to have several trainees as they looked confused. This led to their being a much smaller than normal portion of protein and a massive pile of shredded cheese on the order. Add on that the requested sauces and queso were paid for but left out of the bag. I've had much better experiences at Chipotle before.
I ordered my food like an hour prior to pick up and I guess they made it super early on so by the time I picked it up it was super cold :(

Place an order today through Uber Eats. I ordered 2 burrito bowls, 1 burrito, and a side of guacamole. I received 1 burrito bowl, which was half full, the side of guacamole, a quesadilla, which I didn’t order, and was missing the other burrito bowl. The packing list was correct, the order information was correct, but the order was wrong and placing another order would have taken too long and cost more for delivery. I don’t know how they got this order that wrong.
The workers took forever to even acknowledge me standing at the counter. My food was continuously being reached over & I had to ask for it to not be done anymore. I finally get home & the rice was hard so at that point I was done for!

Food was delicious and staff was helpful to us as first timers.
The food was good and the service was as good as you can get right now. The issue is we actively saw them talking about stealing employees from other brands. One, that is inappropriate to even do as everyone is struggling right now. Two, why brag about hurting ither businesses? We complained about our food to get our money back as we were not willing to let our money be used to hurt other companies by stealing their people.

Even though door dash messed up the delivery of the order, the Gainesville Chipotle staff were super nice and made sure we were able to get our food.
