Dawn is always our waitress and she goes above and beyond and the very reason we continue to dine here. The food is always top shelf.
Be here twice and the host is horrible she has an attitude about everything even tried to sit my husband and I at the bar while we had our 9 month old with us. Of course we rejected the offer and requested another table and she was upset she said the high chair would be in everyone's way which about 3 days prior I eat at that precise table with my mother and both my children which my son was in the high chair. As we waited to receive our food I noticed she was very rude to customers and many even walked out because of her attitude. Other than that the waitress are very nice the food is delicious and the servers whom brings put the food will throw it on the table but it's okay for a quick bite.
Chili's advertises kids eat free but when we got there, our waitress said that was if we were sent a coupon. I have been sent several coupons but couldn't find one since I had just cleaned out my e mail. Found it later in text messages not e mail, however she was of no help. I would think if advertised on TV I wouldn't need a coupon! There was a Huge, although dead, palomino bug in the floor next to our table which I kicked away so my girls didn't see it because they would have had a freak out moment. Food was ok. The restrooms were a disgusting mess! Everything looked dirty and old in this store. It has not been updated since I worked there over 23 years ago. This place used to be a friendly, happening atmosphere with great food and fun, I was just really disappointed with the lack of customer care, and the dirty, almost deserted atmosphere, although it was a Monday night, it just looked and felt like no one cared about the place or the service anymore...and how do you run out of corn on a Monday night???
Ordered three apps from pick up, arrived early, and everything was refrigerator cold. Like they were leftovers from a party that someone forgot to put in the oven. Two stars is for the fact that it was at least ready at the time they advised, but clearly they need to advise an earlier time. Both ranches had fries and some other kind of fried material in them. Blue cheese was green and purple in color, never seen that before. Maybe dining in is a better experience, but I won't be ordering to-go from here again.
I wouldn't order this for take out. But the dine in experience is much better. The food was great. The drinks were awesome ?. Service impeccable.
If I could do a negative star I would. Apparently the girl playing hostess on 3/24/2022 is prejudice against white conservative Christians. She told us unless we were willing to sit at the bar it would be 20-30 minutes for a table. After 30 minutes she set three Hispanic and black families who came in after us. Then wanted to put us in a booth. My son and I are pretty big guys. There was an empty table right next to the booth. I asked for it. She said absolutely not. If you want that table your gonna have to wait another another 10 15 minutes
Minus 100 stars. We went for dinner. 1/2 the restaurant had NO ONE in it. Then they said it would be a 40 minute wait. ? ???? not in my life time. What a joke. I will never go in there again. It's not like they didn't have employees with 4 girls yacking their Jaws when we walked in. Then they looked at us like why did these people walk through the door. I had to speak and say for two. Ridiculous.
I came to chilis tonight to enjoy some drinks and food. All the lounge ladies Chandler, Kendyl, Kim, and Bailey are all absolutely amazing. My experiences here are always made by their wonderful personalities, exceptional service, and attention to detail.
sat and waited 45 min for a table (understandable on a Saturday night) but as soon as my table was ready I was told the oven was broken and that the food choices were very limited. I understand that things happen, but was very disappointed with how uncaring staff was at the fact I waited very close to an hour for a table and was told the only foods available were fried food. never got a call or contact when the oven first broke, which another customer informed me had been 20 minutes prior. will not be going back anytime soon and would not be recommending.
They were very careful with my allergies. The server was really nice and helpful. The food came out fast. We also were seated quickly.
