I have been waiting in the drive through line for almost 45 minutes, and there’s not even an employee outside directing the line like at many other chic fil a’s. I sat in the exact same spot for over 30 minutes, and it seems as if the entire drive through line has been completely disregarded by the employees. This should not be advertised as a fast food restaurant if it’s not convenient. Most chic fil a’s are good about being quick, but this one is by far the worst.

One of the worst establishments I’ve been too in the area. Came for breakfast after getting off of a 12 hour shift from the hospital to get a chicken biscuit, only to discover while driving down the road a very long piece of string stuck between the bread and meat of the biscuit. I was initially shocked at how long the string was, thankfully I hadn’t swallowed it. I wondered where it could have came from, and how it got stuck inside my biscuit I called the establishment soon after and spoke with the manager. She said that we could come back and I didn’t want to but my partner insisted that we went back so we did. Not only did I waste my time driving back but I wasted gas, especially with the price of gas right now. When I finally arrived at the establishment I spoke to a very young cashier who didn’t even give me her name and I told her I had spoke to the manager about the problem another young girl in a managers shirt approached me she asked if I wanted a refund or a biscuit but I demanded both I explained to her that I could’ve choked and asked how possibly a string got into a biscuit. Where did it even come from not only is this a matter of carelessness but a matter of cleanliness. She refunded me for the price of the biscuit and gave me another but just thinking about the whole experience still leaves me mad. Maybe they should hire managers who care more about their customers and an actual adult to run the establishment. The manager couldn’t even come up with a reason as to why there was a string in the biscuit.

I’m not giving them less than 3 stars because I know that everyone has a bad day. I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a #1 with water, a spicy chicken biscuit and a medium sweet tea. When I arrived at the window they gave me the sweet tea and spicy chicken biscuit and after they scanned my app I asked if they got the #1 with water and with an attitude they added it to the total (mind you they repeated the order when I first ordered) then after paying they gave me the food, sweet tea and a cup of water. When asking for the bottled water because I paid for it when I purchased the meal the girl rolled her eyes, grabbed the water and handed it to me. I said thank you and the girl didn’t say anything.

Always good food and great service with a smile at every Chic-Fil-A I have ever visited, & the prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you Truett Cathy and the entire Cathy family for sticking to your beliefs & principles and putting God first and foremost! He is continually blessing you for keeping the faith and will always be faithful to you as long as you do!

Chick fil A is one of the best fast food restaurants in the industry today. I was mildly disappointed in my recent visit. It was near closing and I ordered 2 sandwiches, fries, 30pc nuggets, and drink. The service was friendly and fast despite having to wait an extra few minutes for hot fresh food. My only complaint is that after receiving my order I did not receive my sauce and only got two napkins for a somewhat large order and had to drive back around to get my sauce. Overall it was pretty good service. I can forgive a couple of mistakes and most likely get better service another time. Still better experience than other fast food establishments down the street.

It took me 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru and once you are committed to that drive-thru you cannot leave. Not only did this cause me to be late for work, but the chicken biscuits I ordered were tiny. I have no idea how Chick-fil-A can have such variations in quality and this issue is not unique to this location. I've been to other locations and experienced the same from time to time.Do not use the drive-thru unless you have 20-30 minutes to wait.

I love this place! Unfortunately, I recently had a bad experience with them. I got there 20 minutes before breakfast closed, waited in line for 30 minutes and was told I couldn’t order breakfast! I feel like there should be some slack when someone waits in line for 30 minutes…

Because we got one of those plastic things to put on our table we were expecting the food to be brought to us. After sitting at the table waiting for 10 minutes my daughter went to the register to check on it. Our order was sitting there by the register getting cold.

Ok, so you know the service is outstanding and the food is addictively good, but I learned something new today. They can make a Cobb Salad without the bacon!!!! I can't eat bacon, but the salad always looks so good. So glad I finally asked. It was so yummmmmy!

We waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru without even a simple apology for the wait. The car two ahead of us sat at the window for 9 minutes not allowing others to move through and then when we finally got up there, with a screaming baby, we were told to pull to a spot and wait. No one had any customer service whatsoever. Extremely disappointed in Chick fil A!
