great place to eat, great place to watch the games , friendly staff

Great wings!!! Great service.

Worst service ever in a Buffalo Wild Wings anywhere in the country. We waited over an hour for plain old wings, nothing fancy. Very disappointed.

Definitely won't be returning anytime soon. The last time I was in a Buffalo Wild Wings you could request a sample size of a certain number of sauces it was at no cost. Admittedly that was some time ago. Tonight I asked to try 2 flavors and my daughter also tried 2 different ones. The waitress didn't say that there was a charge for this. It was 60 cents each. That was an unexpected surprise. We had additional flavors also added to our actual order and it appeared that she added more than we asked for.The wings themselves were a little less crisp than I would prefer and hardly had any sauce on them. My grandson's fries were cold but since he was eating them I didn't say anything. The final reason I will not be returning is the menu clearly says that kids meals are served with fries and a milk. In my nearly 50 years of life that phrasing means the drink is included in the kids meals price. The waitress was rude and acted like my questioning the added charge for the milk was unreasonable. I didn't see milk listed as a drink option on the drink section. The only things I liked was the teriyaki sauce which was delicious and better than any I've had and the waitress remembered that I preferred less ice in my drink with the refill.Seems like Buffalo wild wings wants to nickle and dime you to death. I'll stick to their competitors across town for now on.

My medium wings were great. l thought I'd like salt and vinegar wings but there was a bit too much salt. My hubby ordered brisket tacos. They were good but small. Our server was timely and there are a ton of TVs and seating!

If I could give no stars, I would. My partner and I had planned a date night. We wanted to go somewhere that had wings. This seemed like the perfect place. Unfortunately, they almost ruined our date night. The nonexistent customer service and lack of empathy were astonishing. I am so disappointed with the service. I had very high hopes that evening. We didn't even get the food we had ordered. We saw the waiter 2 times total in an hour. When I asked about getting the check for beverages and the very stale appetizer I was informed that our food was finally ready. We were told it took so long because they were so busy. The restaurant was barren and filthy. Our booth was disgusting but I tried to look over it. One can only give so many chances though. I declined the food that just happened to be ready and we went somewhere else. I don't plan to ever go back to the Gainesville establishment. The manager even dodged the situation completely. Ouch!

Had to wait a bit for my seat and order but the place didn't seem busy or understaffed. Plenty of workers were just standing around chatting and only about 3 other families were there at the time. Despite the wait, the food was decent. Fried pickles and nachos are my favorite there.

Great wings and wonderful lunch specials before 2pm. Sports bar atmosphere.

The food was great, although the lady who was attending us was giving us attitude and just not being nice like the other workers. Her name was Ansley, and our silverware wasn't washed properly so we ate with our hands, whenever we brought it up to her if she can do anything about the silverware she acted surprised and did nothing about it, it's understandable if the manager said nothing but she didn't let us know anything, she said, "ill do something about it" and didn't do anything about it. Which is just disappointing and sad because the silverware still had sauce from the previous person who ate and it just wasn't washed properly, like I am not putting that in my mouth.

Update: Someone replied to my review asking me to fill out a form on their website, which I did. But never heard a word from anyone after that. Later I found out that they have caller id.. so they can see if you keep calling.I tried calling to place an order and was put on hold. And then someone picked the phone up and hung it up. I called back and the person just picked the line up and hung it up again. I called the third time and asked for a manager and was told it would be a minute and placed me on hold again. This time I was on hold for over 10mins. I’d like to try and understand.. I get that it’s a Saturday night, I understand some places are short staffed, and this establishment maybe swamped with orders since it is “football playoff” season. All they needed to do was to say so.. but to hang up on a customer several times is not professional!
