Freshest ice cream hands down of any Bruster’s we’ve been to in the Southeast!!
So came to Bruster's Sunday night the whole family which included two dogs stood in line forever. Then when the side window was clear and some one would go next we where the ones next line get to the window and was told they wheren't taking orders at that window and we had to get back in line which was now even longer. So in line for another 20 minutes next in lone again and the girl at the front window says you have to go to the side window. Really a bunch of kids running the place I got so made that by the time we got around to the side window the girl was like you have to go to the front window. I told her I was not playing these games and she was going to take my order. Don't know if we will be going back for a while even thou we have been going every Sunday.for months.
I loved this place until I was told they don’t have cake batter ice cream anymore. The whole entire reason why I even went.
Brought my kids here. It was very good but the cashiers should be more informative and more knowledgeable about their products. The cashier couldn't even answer any of my questions I had and I don't think she was new but she just acted like she didn't like her job very well.
The staff is always friendly and they do a great job. Every time I bring the family my boys enjoy the ice cream and the atmosphere.The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is for the location. The parking lot is very steep to come in and out of the site.
Blown away by how magical the experience was for me when Madyline created and served me the best Shake ever. I didn't have a clue as to what I even wanted but as smooth as the shake itself so was her skills in how she suggested Strawberry. She created a repeat customer. Thank you Bruster's and big ups to you Madyline.

My husband and I love the ice cream, and the people here are so cool and nice! I think our dog gets the most excited when we visit though lol. We have been bringing him here since he was a little pup, and he knows the puppy sundae is a super special treat. I am very thankful that we can bring him here and that he can get something too!
