If I could leave no stars I would. This place needs to reevaluate its staff. Called at 7 to place a pick up order mind you they close at 8. The girl who picked up said they couldn't do orders over the phone after 7.. it was 7:02. Told her okay heading up will do an order when we get there. We get there and they say they shut off the grill so they can't do fried rice. 7:20pm. This place is a joke and have the laziest employees ever. No wonder they reviews are so bad. Do not recommend coming here. Crazy how lazy people can be.
This location (GLYNN ST SOUTH IN THE TOWNE CENTER KROGER PARKING LOT) was the NASTIESS restaurant I have ever been in. I walked out. If the health department went out there they would a have closed it. Sickening the cashier that was there when I went in was just propped on the counter on her phone while there was trash and debris littering the floor, counters and tables. Spills that were dried on the counters, tables and floor. Your shoes would literally stick to the floor. Just nasty people working there. How they function in that environment I don't know and how people where still eating from this location is beyond me. Go to the BANKS CROSSING LOCATION IN FAYETTEVILLE. Much cleaner!
We always enjoy food from WNB. Tonight, Aaliyah and Jada provided excellent customer service with a smile. Thankful for our dinner from WNB on Glynn Street!
I had a wonderful customer experience at WNB factory. Aaliyah took my order & she had a pleasant smile & was very helpful. The food is fresh & tasty. A staple restaurant in the heart of Fayetteville!
Order from here yesterday afternoon using doordash, because I was at work. It was my first time trying this restaurant out and wanted to try another wing spot out. Glad I did!! The wings were cooked just right and the wing flavor sauce ( mild) was delicious ?. My food arrived bewteen 12:30 and 12:45pm. The only thing, ordering through dash dash...I wasn't able to select my drink option for the 8 piece bone-in combo with fries and drink. ? They ended up giving me a Pepsi with my meal and didn't realize it until the dasher driver arrived with my order. Overall, not bad.
My visit was on 10/31/21 about 7pm and I must say this was the absolute worst experience I've had with a wing spot. I will start with when I walked into the restaurant. There was no greeting. The cashier mumbled something that I didn't quite hear, so I said excuse me. She then said "pick-up or order". I smiled and said "oh sorry, I will be ordering". Still no greeting. The phone rings and she expressed her frustration with the phone before picking up. I thought this was very unprofessional to do in front of a customer but oh well, maybe she was just tired.I then placed my order requesting specific instructions of extra crispy wings. The cashier called me up about 10 minutes later, in my mind I was thinking there is no way they made the wings extra crispy because it typically takes longer which I am always okay with. As, I suspected they were not as I requested. When I advised the cashier they are not as I requested, her response was "I don't know, I just put in the orders", her body language was as if she expected me to accept that response. I then said, could you please ask them to prepare them as I requested. She proceeded with extreme attitude to go to the back and quietly communicate with the cooks. She then came back and said, they are not going to do anything about it because we are about to close. I said, I'm sorry but I'm not accepting food I've paid for and will not eat. She did not say a word, rolled her eyes and went over to the register and did something. I had no idea what she was doing, so I was just standing there looking crazy. She proceeded to take another customers order, still not saying a word to me. She then start doing other things, then I asked what was going on. She responded "I put it in" At this time, I was getting really frustrated. I asked can you please explain to me what you are doing and what's going on. She said "I put the order in again to have it cooked how you wanted it." I said okay Thank you.After about 15 minutes, she called me up again and this time the food was prepared exactly as I requested. The cashier was giving me the nastiest look and attitude. So, I asked "So, you are upset at me for wanting my food the way I requested and paid for", she did not say a word, just ignored me.The food was decent but due to the horrible customer service experience, I will not visit this location again.
My visit was 11/24/21. Every single time I’ve ordered the order was incorrect. The girl at register handling food is not wearing gloves with long polish nails. Soda was spilled in front of machine. If you order food doing lunch hour it’s good but anytime after 5 it sucks. Will never go back there there is no customer service.
The front line employees are lazy. Called more 45 minutes before closing on a Friday night to order food to go. Was told they weren’t accepting phone orders this late. Then I asked what if I come in and order. The response was “I guess we’ll take the order” Had already made the decision to order somewhere else at this point. On the way to pickup the food from another restaurant, noticed this store was closed early. We have regularly patronized this store since it opened but will no longer. Just stay closed if your lazy @sses don’t want to work.
2 young ladies at the front were VERY unprofessional, loud and ghetto. Both employees were almost about to go at each other. One had an attitude and the other one was sitting down on her phone. Place looked nasty and trashed. I was so disappointed that I had ordered at this location because the Banks Rd location was closed today. One lady was frustrated and complaining because the phone was ringing. Can you say unprofessional? My experience was awful and I will not be returning back to this establishment.
Good food, but it feels like they go outta their way to charge extra on any and everything. Example: on the menu it says you can you choose fries or tater tots with you're meal. If you choose fries you get the price advertised, but it you pick tater tots they'll charge you like 50 cents extra for literally no reason.
