The food was great. The people there are awesome, they had a wing drop when tossing them in the sauce and rushed a wing out to me as soon as they could. The staff did a great job.
There were drops of BLOOD on my food. Not like the food was not cooked thoroughly. More like someone cut themselves and dropped blood on the food!!! Disgusting!!!

Every time I place an order, the estimate wait time is always 30 minutes off. Tonight I placed an order at 830, the app gave me 28 - 33 minutes ready time. Already knowing this is a lie, I don't even leave my house until 915. Get there and of course it's not ready. The dude tells me he's waiting on fries... I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER FRIES. 940 approaches and I'm pissed because it's been a whole hour plus and no food. I asked the manager how much longer will the wait be, he can't even find my ticket. He literally had to reprint my ticket then proceeds to immediately fix my food. I leave at 950. 1 hour and 20 minutes for a 15 piece. Then once I get home, the wings are all overcooked and hard. I trashed them and made a promise to myself never to go back. This place is a joke. And PS... don't even try to walk in and place an order, they're only taking online orders and can't even properly handle that.
I visited this wing stop in Fayetteville on yesterday. I spent about $60. Customer service was great. However, the food was tasteless. No flavor Wings and burnt fries. I rarely eat wing stop, but the last time I went there the food was worth the price and my husband gave a $20 tip the only worker they had working that day. Yesterday, was horrible. A waste of gas, time, and definitely my money.
Extremely busy for super bowl weekend but they did their thing. My wings were good and food came out pretty fast considering the wait time.
Latasha is the business!!! My last three ordering experiences have been great! I have been able to get through on the phone to place my orders. My orders have been correct. I have seen her in action and she is making it happen!!! No bad attitude and always a pleasant personality. The restaurant is looking cleaner as well. Great work Latasha!! I hope you plan to stay for awhile.
I would give 4 stars but the fries were way over salted to the point that it burned my tongue and throat. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get an individual combo of 6 piece wings and fries which is a ridiculous wait time for such a small order. I saw at least 6 different people working, so they definitely weren't under staffed at that time.
Never expect assumption to be taken by a customer. We can't read minds. I went to this location on New Year's Eve. I expected a long wait. It was crowded and they were busy indeed. I did not pre-order online. As I stood at the register waiting for someone to take my order, no one acknowledged me after about 10 minutes. I finally asked if the were taking in store orders and was told no. I asked why they didn't have a note on the door and all went downhill from there. I was spoken to very rudely by the manager and another person. I was told in a very disrespectful manner they were only filling online orders for those that ordered at 9:00 am. I didn't have a problem with that. My problem is they offered no notice that they couldn't serve walk in customers. A note on the door or register would have saved me time from standing in line for nothing. These people were so rude and offered no apology. I was treated like I was stupid to think I could just walk in and expect service, Basically, that's exactly what I expected!
