I pulled up to Wendy's drive-thru this morning at approximately 9:50 a.m. to order my favorite breakfast sandwich just to be told that they were closed and will reopen at 10:30am.. This is unacceptable, you shouldn't close the store just to prepare for lunch because at 9:50 a.m. people are still wanting breakfast... I don't mind taking my money to McDonald's, Hardee's or Burger King... Shame on management at Wendy's Fayetteville location....
Customer service was nice, food was correct, line is always long but moves quickly. Did I say customer service was nice ?
I usually come here during lunch or after work through drive-thru since the dining room has been closed since the pandemic. One of my orders was wrong. I had asked for a medium combo and didn't realize my fries were small, but my drink was medium. Also, I always ask for 3 cheese sauce that I get charged .75 for only to be filled halfway. I'm not trying to make a big deal, but I would appreciate it if I would get what I am paying for.

The food odds ALWAYS FRESH! They even take the time to grill the buns? Btw they never give me the funky white lettuce butt either… The staff are always friendly…. Definitely MY FAVORITE WENDY’S by far!!!
The staff was friendly and courteous. They are definitely customer focused as they deliver some of most delicious burgers along with extras including fries, frostiest, baked potatoes, soft drinks, and seeming ends sides. The food here is fresh and delicious!
Just ate here and I was pleasantly surprised. The line was long but the wait was short. The Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the fries were hot. It’s so hard to get good food these days hats off to the night manager and crew. You guys should be proud. You take pride in your work and it shows.

The food at this particular site is cooked as advertised delicious.
Until they get enough staff this location will be SLOW. If you're in the area check the line first. Also, note that you can not enter the restaurant. I waited in line because my son wanted Wendy's and I needed to go to home depot and was not in a hurry. The fries were cold and they forgot my frosty. I hope they can get staff soon and make Dave proud!
